Work will be done on 6/5/13. So far a Great experience, punctual, good price, fast response.

Arrived on time, quickly provided service and explained what he did very well.

We had set a time for 8:00 a.m. and we received a call from the technician shortly before that saying they were funning late and would probably arrive around 8:45-9:00. For us that was not a problem, since we were on vacation and had the whole day off. We appreciated that they called to let us know. The technician said our vents were the worst he's ever seen. We haven't been in the house long and it looked like the previous owner probably never had them cleaned. My only complaint was that the cleaning process caused there to be dust everywhere. It coated just about everything in the whole house; shelves, food boxes, counters, sheets, clean clothes sitting on the dresser, etc. We spent the rest of the day, once they were done, cleaning up the dust. I'm not sure if this is typical for this type of service or not, or whether it was due to the fact that ours were so horribly dirty, so I don't really have a way to grade that. I know now, going forward, if I have my vents cleaned I should put stuff away and cover things with sheets or plastic. The technicians were thorough and professional.

They came, they cleaned, they left. a good job no fuss, no mess. My home is 32 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. I would call them again.

Good visit~ however if it was my company I would cover the furniture, computer, etc. prior to doing the job in the future

the team (Dean and Fernando) was professional and did an outstanding job. I've had them clean my windows for 3 years now and this by far was the best team. Your company just keeps getting better.

Overall good job. However they did not re-level the washer after they moved it to clean the vet.

They did a fantastic job, we could see a HUGE difference in the dust (or lack of now!) :) We would absolutely use Squeeky Kleen again!

Crew was on time,friendly and fast they where in and out of my home in two hours so I didn't have to waste my day. The windows look great and I have noticed less dust in my home now that the ducts are cleaned out. One negative was that I discovered that someone had stood on the toilet seat in the master bath room and broke the lid I called about it and I am still waiting to hear back from the owner. It only cost me $35.00 dollars to replace But I'd like my money. : )

It was fine. They came in and did it. Nothing was spectacular about them but the job they did was certainly correct. It was good and to the point.

Professional, personable, punctual, and very responsive to my needs. Cleaned up very well. Smelled great when they were done.

Their service was good. They were on time and they completed their job. I have no complaints with their service.

It was great. They were here early and did everything I expected. They also cleaned up everything.

All went well. My only concern was they put up their ladder on the opposite side of the house. This required a lot of walking across the tile roof. There was a closer area for the ladder to be set up.

Before they came in, I asked the lead two questions. First, I asked is it messy, and second, do I need to move anything. They stated it would not be a problem. They said it wouldn't be messy and they would handle anything that needed to be moved. Then, they proceeded to rather roughly move through the house. When they opened the air duct, something fell out and broke an expensive vase. Then they tried to blame me for it. I had tried to be proactive in making sure nothing like this would happen, but they pretty much just told me to chill out, and then broke the vase. At that point, I told them to stop, and I called the supervisor. The supervisor informed me the conduct wasn't appropriate, and they should have warned me how messy it was. He apologized, and was nice. I then informed the work crew to leave, and am requesting a refund for the deal.

After the crew showed up and counted the duct outlets, the owner called me to tell me the additional money I would owe, which I expected. The deal was 10 outlets for $250 and $20 for each additional. He then said I would owe an additional $40 for "ladder work" because I have 12 ft. ceilings. There was no mention of this in the original Angie's list deal. Since I had already purchased the deal and the crew was there I figured it would be more trouble that it was worth to cancel for $40 but, as I told the owner, if they were going to tack on extra charges it should have been specified up front.

Squeeky Kleen communicated well and the crew arrived on time. I had more than 10 vents but that didn't present an issue for them. The men were pleasant, worked hard and in an efficient manner. The work was completed on a timely basis. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the ducts were cleaned. Would recommend this company to all.

Had to call them back to replace a vent they had left off and to reverse a couple. Otherwise, they did a good job.

Scheduled appointment. They showed up on time. Got the job done and left. Easy and smooth.

They arrived exactly when they were scheduled. I was told what they would do, and how long it would take. Everything happened as scheduled. The work was done properly. Everyone was friendly. I would certainly use them again.

The crew arrived on time, advised me as to what they would be doing and got right to work. As one cleaned ducts, another was removing vents and cleaning them, then re-installiing them. They took care to avoid creating a mess as they worked and checked every room before leaving to be sure there was no dirt left behind. I do have to say that when you have this done, when you turn your unit back on the first time, you WiLL have some dust/debris blow out so be prepared. The end result is worth a little vacuuming!! LL

They came in and perfomed their tasks despite having other vendors in the house. Worked around everyone and did a fantastic job without complaining, which they had every right to do.
