They arrived on time as what they said, they took the screen door off & the glass door was fixed and the screen door was installed back in perfectly; the glass door rollers, there was no itemized bill but if the rollers costs around $20-$30 then they charged me for $200.00 on labor which a little bit high but they did an excellent job in fixing the glass door, so basically the job was done & was satisfied with their work.

They left our patio and front walk way a mess. Dirt from their latter and muddy footprints all over. Most importantly, they bent an alarmed screen frame and disconnected the alarm on that screen. We have had to send the screen out for repair at who-knows what cost. When we complained to the owner he said he would pay for the repair. Five minutes later he called back with the guy who washed the windows on a conference call who continued to yell over and over " I didn't do that, I didn't do that I didn't do that" even though my husband saw him remove the screen from the top with his screw driver instead of lifting it out properly by the tabs. He had been informed prior to washing the window that it was an alarmed screen. After we set our alarm that night and my husband opened the window secured by that screen the alarm went off, obviously the men who washed the windows damaged the screen and we still don't know how much it is going to cost to get repaired. WE WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I have been using this company for a few years now & they always do the job I ask & do it well with a lot of professionalism.

It didn't take long, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with the service they provided.

That was fine. It was just the $59.

They were fast and efficient. They had a good price and did a good job. Cleaned the area up well. They arrived on time.

I called and asked them if they cleaned air ducts. I wanted to get an estimate to get our office vents cleaned. She asked how many ducts we had and I responded with 3. She then said they had a minimum of 10 and the cost was $400.00 minus a $100.00 coupon. I politely declined.

The guys were nice & showed up on time. They had to use my ladder, because they only brought a 4ft step ladder. It was a dusty mess & we had to open front & back door & side window to get the dust out. Granted, I don't think it had been done before, as I just bought the house. But, my neighbor had hers done (another company) & they covered each return in other rooms so the dust wouldn't spread. They did clean the vent coverings, which look nice. They didn't vacuum or sweep up the debris/mess they left. They left a pile (16 to be exact) of screws on my counter from the vent covers. I did check to make sure all covers were screwed back in, and they were - so not sure what these were from. Lastly, the missed my laundry room vent. I called next day & told them. Said it wasn't urgent but if they could do it when they were in area... that was over two weeks ago. I just cleaned it myself, the best I could - tired of waiting & don't want the mess again.

The service went fine. I was pleased with what they had done and did exactly what the deal stated. The work was not easy, but they delivered exactly what I needed done. The technician showed up on time and I had no issues with scheduling.

They were great to deal with. Evaluated every window in the house and honestly assessed whether they needed to be treated.

First off they tried NOT to honor my purchase. Stating the house was too old and their equipment won't work here. I explained to them, that they were here just 2 yrs prior and they did nor have an issue then. So he finally agreed after relooking up our info. The visit, they came in were courteous and professional. Because this house has a new system along with the old there was an additional 10 vents @20 each over and above the 249.00 for 10 vents my total was 449.00 I paid them the additional 200.00 upon the visit. There was a lot of dust and dirt, we even found part of a roofing tile in the duct work. UGH GROSS. They do not use any deodorizers, or water.... so my house smelled like dirt every where. They do not block any of the other vents so the dirt and dust was all over the furniture... they bring in this large shop vac to vacuum some of the dirt but I would not allow them to touch my wood tables or leather furniture with that thing... I know some other companies use magnets over the vents to minimize the overall re dusting of the house with the dirt they push / sweep out of the ductwork...

They didn't do a good job. They went up there and cleaned, but my husband went up there with our guy that does the air conditioner and it was so filthy up there. My husband said I didn't have to bother even calling them again, so I didn't. They showed up on the job when they were supposed to. So they get a point for that. They didn't charge any extra. I can't think of too much that they did that was good. I would have expected better for the price. I've had other people came in for a $105 and they did a lot better cleaning than these people did. I actually thought that for the price set, I was going to get something really good, but I didn't.

They were very professional and did a great job.

That turned out very well. They called me rather quickly and we set up a date. Two technicians came out to do that work. They were professional and did the work that they came out to do. They cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they were here.

The work was fine. I would use them again.

It was a great experience and they did a fantastic job. There was no additional cost. I would highly recommend them. They did exactly what they said they would. They were on time and courteous. They were clear on what they would do and what I could expect. They told me how long they would take. They talked through everything with me, so that I would understand my system. They told me the layout of the duct system and they gave me tips. They did not try to up sell me. I would use them again.

They did an okay job. They missed some clean up. The lead guy came some off color job, and if he was in a different home, with people of a certain religion, I don't know if that would have been okay.

They showed me the collection of lint from my vent. I was glad they didn't try to sell me other service.

It was fine. They were professional. It seemed like their work was fine, I don't have any problems with my air ducts.

I had previously used a carpet cleaner recommended by a local, well advertised "recommendation service," that is supposed to be similar to Angie's List. Big mistake. The price turned out to be far higher than the cleaning company's advertised price and the service mediocre. Learned my lesson. It is Angie's List from now on. My experience with Squeeky Kleen Windows has been just the opposite. Reasonable fee, great job. I will definitely use them again.

They were pretty good. They were here and did a good job. They did not do anything special and did not do anything over and beyond but they were good. They provided good service especially for the price. They were nice enough to dust all the dust bunnies that were on my patio and my high corners for no additional charge which was very polite of them.

They sent two guys. One guy did the vacuuming and the other took care of removing the duct cover. The guy who did the vacuuming work was not doing a good job with cleaning up the debris left behind and I did point it out in one area. He did take care of the area that I pointed out and I did find other areas after they left. This was minor and I would use them again. The cleaning was very thorough.

There were nice and efficient.

After reading several poor reviews (on Angie's List) about this company regarding duct cleaning I prefer to not do business with them. I also spoke to someone at the company who informed me that to clean the additional ducts in my home would be far too costly.
