They told me to call Angie list for a refund on coupon.

Very efficient. Four men, went to each room, one removed vent covers. Another had the actual hose device and cleaned the vents. The third helped move the hose as the second worked. The 4th was the supervisor//owner(?) The supervisor went around and vacuumed the floors where debris had blown out from vents (not a lot) It was done relatively quickly. I had an Angie's coupon and was [pleased to have it. I know duct cleaning usually runs about 350 or more.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They didn't clean up after themselves. They left everything they got out of the ducts on the countertops and floors. They didn't vacuum up after themselves. Their equipment was broken so they had to reschedule several times. They also left a piece of equipment that they haven't come back to pick up. It was very disappointing.

It went great and they were prompt. I was very happy with the service.

THEY WERE NEAT AND EVERYTHING WAS BACK IN ITS PLACE. IT HARDLY TOOK THEM ANYTIME AT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND THE COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS. IN FACT, I WILL CALL THEM FOR CLEANING MY WINDOWS. THANK YOU. SUSAN

Not professional. Forgot to do the sanitizing until asked to do so. Refitted air filters the wrong way around. Charged more than anticipated. Spent very little time on the project. Didn't clean return air vent grills thoroughly. Very unhappy with quality/service/value for service performed

Their machine broke down and it will be a bit longer to fix than I wanted to wait. I am requesting a refund.

They were very quick, and did a good job. They came on time, and were very efficient.

I have been dealing with a guy named Rodney Blystone at the Houston, Texas location and he has been nothing but completely incompetent. Rodney's company came out to give a bid to repair a cracked window on a house that was about to be listed on the market. They took all the measurements, etc and gave the real estate agent a quote for the job. The offer was accepted and the house got listed and sold pretty quickly. In the meantime, the new window was supposedly being produced at the glass manufacturing plant. Since the window was not repaired by the time I closed on the house, a contingency clause was written in regards to the window in that a check would be issued from the title company directly to the window company upon completion of the job. This was to keep me out of any direct payment situations with the glass company since the home seller was responsible for the repair. Well, about a week or two after moving into the house, I contacted the glass company and was put in touch with Rodney Blystone who seemed utterly confused by the whole situation because he was now dealing with me as the customer instead of the real estate agent prior. I told him that the check would be sent to him directly from the title company and this also completely confused him. Then about a week later he calls me to tell me that the glass has not even started being produced because he hasn?t received a deposit (which he never mentioned before)! I was pretty upset and was ready to fire this guy at this point but decided (against my better judgment) to proceed). We were completely fine with having the check for the whole amount go directly to him even though the job had not started yet! The title company even graciously overnighted him the check. He confirmed receipt of the check and informed me that it would take about 5 to 10 days for the glass to be ready. Well, about another two weeks went by and I didn?t hear any news so I contacted Rodney again who now told me that the glass was still in production and that he would need to run by my house to take some final measurements/looks before proceeding with installation. He never confirmed that he had gone out to my house to take a look at the glass again so about 1 week later I texted him to see where things stood. He texted back to say that he would be sure to schedule me for an install the following week (apparently the glass was finally ready). Well, I never heard back from him so I texted him again today and he called me back to tell me that he finally made it out to my house two days ago to take a look at the window and he now thinks that we have to start all over because the person who did the original measurements most likely screwed up!!! I was livid! I have been waiting over 3 months now to get this window repaired and now this guy, Rodney tells me stuff about how there is sheetrock around the glass, etc, etc and that this is not his responsibility at all!!! I was flabbergasted!! He kept saying over and over that this was not his or his company?s fault AT ALL!. I asked him if it was his company that came out originally 3 months ago to give the bid and he said, yes. So I asked him how this is not his company?s responsibility and he kept saying that he himself was not the one who came out so he bears no responsibility! He also told me that he had not deposited the check that the title company had sent him so I was more than welcome to take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I plan to do! I am currently working with the real estate agent who sold me the house to see if the title company can stop payment on the check that it issued to Window and Glass Pros so we can start the process all over again with a more reputable and competent glass company.

Had to reschedule a couple of times but made me aware of the change. When they came they were very clean and efficient. I used an Angie's list coupon.

The work was good. They were very professional.

Comment made on how dirty the ducts were. Suggested using an electrostatic filter. Left the house fairly dirty. Made a mistake with billing, which we had to rectify.

The team seemed very professional, knew what they were doing, had very good rapport right from the start, and excellent bid. Installation went fine, although they left some dirty handprints and small mess in one of the showers, and debris in both window sills, not a big deal. A few months after installation we noticed that we could hear the wind blowing through one of the windows, and it was loud enough to wake us up at night. A phone call led to one of the guys coming out and checking it out, at which point he said there was nothing wrong with the window or the installation and that's just how it is with west facing windows, telling us that no window is airtight. My husband was insistent that the window was not installed properly and got a little pushy, which didn't help matters. After suggesting we talk to a product rep, we were given the number. My husband called them and they showed up and instantly found the problem, the space where air can enter, a weep hole in the frame. He was able to modify the window and the issue was resolved. He considered it a design flaw in the window. No errors were made with the installation. To us, whomever is selling the product should be aware of this flaw and make accomodation for it upon installation as the product rep was able to do since he was aware of the issue previous to our purchase. Overall, our interaction with Window and Glass Pro was fine, although their insistence that nothing was wrong, when clearly there was an issue that the product rep knew about and knew how to fix, was unnerving.

Vents were cleaned...however machine broke after cleaning several vents. We then waited several weeks without hearing back. I called and was rescheduled for another cleaning. Vents were cleaned...however our vents were not put back on very well...they were not straight or put on correctly. Company was very nice but our overall experience was not that great and I would not give a referral to a neighbor or friend.

Not a good experience. Yes, the house and windows are older...but the service provider had little contact with me to explain why the windows did not look clean. Also, they wanted to add extra for a bunch of little things and weren't very friendly. Bottom line, I would not use this service provider again.

They came out and they were on time. They were actually flexible in re-scheduling with us. They did the work and did a very fast thorough job. They know their stuff. I would use them again.

I called to schedule my air ducts to be cleaned and was able to get an appointment a few days later. My appointment was the 1st of the day, 6:30 am. I made sure to get my family up and dressed before 6:30am so I wouldn't be in the crew's way while they were cleaning the ducts throughout the house. I received a phone call at 6:40 am stating they would be late but would not give me a time frame. The person calling stated that based on traffic is when they'll arrive. I wasn't very pleased with this. I had to get my 3 small children up and ready, why couldn't they make their 1st appointment of the day on time? Very disappointing. The 2 person crew then arrived at 7:20am and got right to work. This is where another problem arose. I began to watch the guys work. After completing upstairs without me checking their work, they began downstairs. After about 25 min of work, I see the guy bring his equipment out the front door. He never even went down 2 of my hallways which each had a total of 6 air ducts to be cleaned. I had to pay extra for each of these because they deal was only for 10 air ducts and I had a total of 21. I immediately went over and talked to the crew leader. He then realized I was correct and had the other crew member bring back in the vacuum to clean the rest of the vents. This was very unsettling as I never confirmed their work upstairs. Now I began to wonder if the upstairs vents had all been taken care of. The crew leader assured me they had but I wasn't so sure after I had to just point out 6 vents downstairs that had been missed. Because they were late arriving, I also had to request the crew to move their truck from my driveway so my wife would pull out of the garage and take my children to a summer camp. After the crew left, we realized their truck had leaked oil all over our drive way. What a mess! I think what tops off the mediocre service are that I was also overcharged. I had already paid $249 for the Angie?s list deal and was only to be charged the extra vents which came to $220. However, upon inspection of my credit card bill, I was charged $469.00 on top of the $249 I had already paid. So basically I was double charged. I had to call and get my account credited back the extra $249. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They weren't able to arrive on time, the cleaning was shoddy, I had another mess in my driveway to clean up after they left and was charged incorrectly. I just don't think the headache is worth it.

excellent service, reliable, respectful- I graded them down slightly on quality of work only because the sealant used along the frame was not cleaned off neatly and they left the window dirty small issues but would have been nice they did save us money by recommending the single pane replacement that would fit in the existing pane

There are not any details . they did their job efficiently were very friendly and they were on time.

We 1st read about this company in the June 2013 Angie's List monthly recommendation guide in a review written by Sandy Lane. I had cleaned our 1st story windows earlier this year, but now that I am close to 60, I really didn't feel like getting up on the roof to clean the 2ns story. I went to their website and looked around and really liked the monsoon guarantee they had. I called, got an estimate, and said yes. It's almost like our windows (both stories) have been replaced by nothing but frames -- that's how clean they look. Our screens (even though they are 13 years old) look almost brand new. They also cleaned ALL the mirrors in our house as part of the cleaning. I wish I could give them more than 4 thumbs up (2 from me & 2 from my wife). I HIGHLY recommend them.

Everything was good. They quoted us that it would take 3 hours but it only took 1.5 hours. They where very professional and very kind. They didn't make a mess and they suggested that we get some different type air filters.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had about twice as many ducts as the $250 covered. They came in and took off all of the covers and cleaned them out. They cleaned up any mess they made. Everything was neat and tidy. They changed my filters. This was the first time I've used them. They were good and they did everything they said they were going to do. They did it promptly. They were all very courteous. Their pricing seemed to be the same as everybody else around.

It went well. The three man crew arrived exactly on time. They all knew what they were doing went about the job quickly and efficiently. The whole job took about one and one-half hours. They were conscientious. One note, no matter how much care the crew takes, dust is spread around the house. I suggest covering anything that is hard to clean (like a knick-knack shelf.) Another note. I got this through an Angie's list special, so the price was lower than the normal price.
