They were fantastic. They cleaned my dryer vents. I am very happy with their service.

The Squeeky Clean crew showed up promptly and ready to work. They were pretty careful about moving the dryer out and keeping there equipment from scratching the laundry room door. The two primary workers did not speak much/any English, so I was unable to communicate some things I wanted done behind the dryer (I needed to clean the floor thoroughly before they put the dryer back and they left some lint on the floor without vacuuming it up.) Otherwise, the job was done completely and thoroughly to my knowledge. Obviously, I could not get up on the roof to inspect the vent, but the crew was up there and did a good job of making sure there was no residue material in the wall between the dryer and roof vent. I believe the Big Deal was a bargain and am glad the job is done. I don't plan on needing this service again for quite some time.

The first time I contacted them was August 27. The first date I was scheduled for service was August 31. They called to reschedule for September 13. Again, they called a few days before to reschedule to come October 1 at 1:00pm. When I called this morning, on October 3rd, I was told that they did come to my home, but that they were an hour late. I was told they rang my door bell and called, but I was home and did not hear my door bell. I did have 1 hang up on my voicemail, but there was no message from them. I have had to get a refund for this Big Deal.

I think my wife was in part involved. Someone had called to schedule an appointment which we never scheduled and then they just showed up. They had called and left a message but no one had called them back and they came on a Saturday and told my wife that they had scheduled an appointment with me and she thought that we had scheduled an appointment, when in reality we had not. You might say that was very innovative. I wasn't here when they came but she was satisfied with what they did. I just wasn't real happy with the way in which they came. My wife didn't complain about the job that they did. We did have a Big Deal coupon but I don't remember the price. They used Angie's List and then they did something that I don't think Angie's List would approve of.

I have to say I was quite surprised and pleased. I purchased a dryer vent cleaning service through an Angie's list special for $59. I figured after the purchase I would set it up for later in the year. My first surprise was that Squeeky Kleen called me two days after the purchase to set up an appointment which I made for two weeks later. My second surprise was that they called me a bit early for my 11 o'clock appointment, three workers showed up and did the work quickly and efficiently. They used specialized equipment designed for the type of service being performed,and they went on the roof and removed the vent cap and ran the cleaning equipment through in both directions, bottom to top and top to bottom. When it was done one of them explained about my ducts and the reason the cleaning is required. The whole job only took the three of them about 45 minutes. Everything was reassembled properly and left clean upon their departure.

They did an excellent job. They were very personable. It was a part of Angie’s big deal. I even went on their website and appreciated them. The price was excellent with the deal. I was quoted almost twice that amount or more by another company. I hadn’t had my ac cleaned for a long time and it was really a difficult job, but they did a nice job. They were very responsive. They were here within a couple or 3 days of me calling them for an appointment. They were punctual as they were here on time. I didn’t interact a lot with the crew, but the man was quite personable and had a very professional attitude. He asked me what I thought about what they did so he wanted feedback too. I would use them again in the future.

We have used them several times. Both inside and outside. They have done a great job every time they have been out.

It went great. It was done quickly, but thoroughly. What a difference it made.

It was very easy to schedule with them and they arrived on time and did a great job. Three men worked together to move furniture out of the way, clean the ducts and put everything back where it belonged. The crew was headed by Jr and they were very professional and polite. We plan on having them back every year.

The equipment that they used to clean the ducts was not only the vacuum cleaner but also a thinner brush. They actually brush out the ducts instead of sucking everything out of them which is more thorough cleaning. They cleaned inside, outside, frames, tracks and sills. I also got a discount because I had a coupon which came in the shiny post card that I got in the mail. They did complete air duct cleaning for both my home and the guest house. They charged $360 for cleaning all the windows and for air ducts they charged $560 so my total was $920. I got a discount of $160 so I got all that done for $760. They came out and gave me a quote and then they came out and completed the work. They were very professional. They were courteous and quiet. They did a good job. They offered a free estimate. I had looked at other companies and their price was the cheapest so I let them come out and do the work. We were completely satisfied with their work when we moved in.

They came with a crew of three people and they finished the entire job in three hours. They are wonderful and they are very hard workers. They are friendly, professional, and great to work with. The windows and chandeliers look great and I highly recommend them.

The flier/coupon came in the mail for $20 off so I called for an estimate. Chuck came to the house the same day and was very nice and professional. He stated everyone rec'd the $20 off w/ or sans the coupon to be fair. They cleaned inside, outside, frames and tracks of all of our windows, screens and sun shades. Also, our 5 ceiling fans. Our home is 1900 sq'. 2 business days later the company completed the job. We were at work but we had Parents in town who said they were told some of the hard H20 stains could not be removed. I thought they did a nice job and the price was right. AFTER reading Angie's List today and other submissions, I think the hard H20 stains may have come off and the price could have been a little lower.

Dave and two helpers showed up 10 minutes before our 8 am appointment Saturday morning, 8/5/06. Dave gave us a very fair quote to clean approximately 20 medium to large windows (inside and out), a patio slider (inside and out), and window screens. He said he was prepared to begin immediately or could come back at a later date if this wasn't a good time. We gave him the go ahead and a little less than an hour later he and his crew had finished their work. They took great care to not drip water on the inside window sills, and carefully moved our furniture around when they needed more room to work. Their work was excellent, they were very skilled at their craft, they were friendly, and they were very courteous. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good window cleaner, and will definitely use them again. My wife was so pleased with their work she gave them each a $10 tip.

JUNIOR & HIS CREW DID A BELOW PAR OVERALL JOB. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

They were early! They even took the doggie door out so they could clean the entire sliding door! VERY polite and fast.

The best part was that they were very quick & I didn't have to waste the normal 3-5 hours waiting at home. They sent 2 guys to do the job. They were young & courteous. They seemed experienced. They were 1 hour late, but they did call to tell me in advance that they were running late. There were some dirty spots on the windows when I did the walk through at the end & they obliged to clean them all up afterwards. They also dripped dirty water on my white carpets from some pole that they were using that was dripping. They were very apologetic & wanted to clean it right away, but I didn't let them, because they wanted to put window cleaner on them. I said no, I will wait for proper carpet cleaner. I called the owner who wanted to come & clean it right away as well. I held him off because I was having professional carpet cleaners out today anyway, so they got it out properly & there was no problem in the end.
