Jimmy means Business, he sent Michael and Brian on that Monday morning to deliver, install and set up our A/C. His team is awesome, again no excuses, no BS just delivery. Each tech that came out was VERY hard working, and their mental and physical stamina was very impressive and appreciated. A special thanks to Ramon and David, our final techs, that got the job done. Not only were they here working hard for 12 hours, there was a nice bond between them (laughing/singing/joyful), like they really enjoyed their work. They were polite, pleasant and respectful to us and each other. They lived quite a distance and got here early, leaving late so I want to acknowledge this also. Just great work ethics.
