Description of Work: They replaced our sliding glass door with new ones that had the blinds in between the glass. Love them! They were on time, job went smooth and it didn't take as long as I thought it would. They left the area they worked in neat and clean. Couldn't tell they had been here except for my new doors! Great experience.

Description of Work: They replaced another window in our house. I am trying to get all new Pella windows updated. My old Pella windows are from the 80's and really are not as efficient as the new Pella windows are now. |This company does an excellent job of installing these new windows. I am most pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I have not been that impressed with our new Pella windows. Maybe they're not meant for the desert heat because the framing around the window outside shrunk and looked awful. They replaced it, but it's happened again. (I don't remember exactly how much we spent now, but it was many thousands of dollars to replace about 9 large windows.)

Description of Work: I am currently investigating getting replacement doors and windows. I have scheduled several companies several weeks in advance for quotes. The goal is to parallel price, product, warranty, etc. Pella calls and was required to leave a voice mail on my cellular. The person was attempting to confirm the appt for the following week. The gentleman seemed bothered that the appt was scheduled a few weeks in advance. It was like I was putting him out and he required a confirmatory in order to come out. He was not even sure what service I wanted - doors and windows. Basically, sound cheerful and like you want my business is all I'm asking for. I would have been happy to return the call but after his tone and demeanor - I chose not to call them back - I will use another company. Thank you.

Description of Work: Ms. Julie Greving of retail sales, came to the house to measure all the windows and doors then followed up with my contractor to double check the measurements, and she was excellent to work with, we would recommend her highly.

Description of Work: Lindsay was great to work with! She called and kept us informed every step of the way! We had a glitch with a window getting shipped elseware. They were late in installing two windows, but made up for it in spades! The installers they have are not only on time, but did a great job! They truly care about the job they do! Thanks to everyone at Pella that did a great job on our home! Ask for Lindsay!!! Then ask to have Henry & Tim install the windows!!!
