Excellent! The owner (Bob) did the work. He was a pro. He quickly knew what needed do be done and what didn't. Honest as the day is long. I have a new pool man.

Mr. Moore was totally professional and courteous. He did a stellar job with the installation and carefully went over with me how to maintain the pool with the new equipment. When I had questions a few days later he drove out and answered every one. An excellent experience.

Moore's Pool Service is great. I called this morning because we've been battling a chemical problem in our pool for a few months, and a few days ago it turned green. He came to my house within a few hours of my SOS call, evaluated the situation, made a few recommendations and left without charging us for his "consultation." I will definitely call Moore's Pool Service the next time I have any pool issue!

I have dealt with a number of pool services since moving here 6 months ago and I have finally found a good match. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and on top of that personable. He helped me out of a bad situation that I was put into by previous pool services company sent out by my Home Warranty provider. To make a long story short, my filter was old, ugly, big, and busted....... my pool was green and nasty. Bill hooked me up with brand new filter, helped me drain my nasty pool water, and got me all set up. Now pool is crisp and clear. Bill took the time to talk with me and help me understand what my problems were and how they could be addressed, he provided me with options and made me feel 100% comfortable about the whole situation. I definitely will be back and already have a few more things I need to upgrade that he is going to help me with.

Very fast response to initial call. I told Bill we wanted to go ahead with him and the filter was installed the next day. Very happy. Whole process less than a week.

We contacted this service provider to assist us with getting our Barracuda operational. Initially, the response time was to have been on the following Monday, but to our delight and good fortune, the provider's technician was able to come that afternoon to resolve our issues. The professionalism and knowledge of the technician, Nick G., was top notch and he was able to resolve our problems and had us up and running on the same day we placed the service call. He identified a water leveler problem and made the necessary adjustments to improve its operation. I have used Moore's Pool Service for a couple of years now. I have NEVER had a problem with my pool, never had to complain to them for any reason. They have shown up every single week and kept my pool sparkling clean. Always informed me if parts or maintenance were needed.

We have used Moore's Pool Service for over two years now and have been extremely pleased with their work. We bought the house three years ago and the pool was a mess. Old equipment, poor maintenance, and a host of other problems made the pool unusable. The first pool service we hired couldn't sort out the algae and aged-equipment-related problems so we found Bill's business on Angie's List. He quickly fixed the problems and set up a regular maintenance schedule. They show up weekly and do a first-rate job. Repair and other requests are responded to quickly and their work is excellent. The pricing is extremely fair. We couldn't be happier. In this instance, the problem involved air circulating in the system and bubbles coming up from the in-pool heads. Bill quickly figured out what was wrong (a worn valve seal) and fixed it.

We were very impressed by the same-day service. Definitely would use Moore's Pool Service in the future.

I don't have a final cost as Bill said he would e-mail me tonight with an estimate. With no $ down he got my pump primed and running and replaces some o-rings and a gasket so that the returns would at least work. He will also be sending me a quote on maintaining the pool going forward. His confidence that he could get things back running again has me hopeful. I will update more when everything is repaired/replaced.

I called for an estimate for filter maintenance plus pricing for pump upgrades. Bill wanted to come out and see the state of my pool before suggesting anything. He stopped by the next morning and rather than up-selling me the latest and greatest like the other 2 people I had out, he diagnosed the issue and $65 later I understand the issue and know how to resolve it without needing new/expensive parts. He also looked at other issues that weren't really part of what he was called out for and solved two issues that other pool people have never been able to...within a matter of minutes. I am SO pleased with everything I learned and the service provided. I will absolutely recommend Moore's to all of my friends as well as using them again in the future myself when I need any service.

Timely and responsive. Much of initial purchase and coordination was done while I was out of town. Heater was installed on day promised. Bill took time to explain the operation of the unit and more importantly took the time to explain how best to use the heater in conjunction with the pool pump and the salt water treatment system. He made extra calls to other experts to make sure his advice was correct for the specific type of pool equipment I have. His team even did extra by painting the pre-existing plastic pipes to protect them from the sun as they did the pipes they installed. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They come at the same time on the same day, and if anything is broken or amiss they are quick to address it. They even took care of a factory rebate for us on a new pump! I would highly recommend them.

I had a one-speed pool pump that began making a terrible noise while it was running, so I contacted this company based on the excellent reviews on Angie's List. Quick response, but was charged over $100 for a service call and repair that did absolutely no good whatsoever. The noise persisted and I had to buy a completely new pool pump within a week. Needless to say, I contacted a different company to install the new pump!

We are in the process of selling our home and the home inspector cited a few potential operating issues with our pool equipment. Bill Moore responded to our inquiry within an hour. He inspected our equipment the next day and immediately called to communicate his findings. His service was prompt, complete and most of all, accurate. His rates are very fair, especially for the level of service provided. It is a relief to know that there is a pool repair company out that is dependable and you can trust.

I was very pleased with this company from the very first time I contacted them through Angie's List. The owner of the company got back to me that same day and set up an appointment to come look at our pool equipment, etc. We bought the heater from them, as their price was several hundred dollars cheaper than the local pool supply stores. The day they came to install it, they were very efficient and courteous. They even painted all our pool equipment pipes, which were badly in need of paint due to sun damage. It couldn't have gone better!

Does a great job, juts really expensive as in addition to the monthly charge you have to buy all your own chemicals where most pool services include that. Although does simple repairs for no charge or reasonable price.

Bill was very punctual both on his first visit to evaluate the problem and also arrived very early the very next day to install the new filter. He discussed options of replacing screens in the old DE filter, stating that there would be no charge for any internal screens that may still be good. He told us the downside of replacing the screens in the current filter and the fact that the filter was very old and could rupture. He told us he would do whatever we decided...no pressure. After discussing it with my husband, we decided to have a new sand filter installed. That was done the very next day and Bill removed the old filter. Our pool is running PERFECTLY, water crystal clear and the vacuum head is doing its job after the installation of a float which Bill did not even charge us for. No other serviceman ever identified that filter in the pool as causing the vacuum cleaner head problem. Phone calls are promptly returned and he is available to answer any questions. We are completely satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He has our highest recommendation!

I've been here in the valley for 20 years and have not been able to find quality pool service before I happened upon Bill Moore. He has done miracles with my old pool cleaner. It runs better now than the day I bought it. My pool is always sparkling clean. Their people are always professional and quick and they answer any questions immediately. If you need your pool handled right, this is the company.

Mr. Moore responded the next day, after talking with my wife to figure out the issue he informed us on what we needed to get and where to get it. After following his recommendations our pool is back one the blue and just in time for the 4th. He was out of town and we didn't get to meet him in person, but we will definitely call again

I can?t recommend Moore?s enough. We had a pool that developed a severe case of algae and nothing would get rid of it. We spent several hundred dollars at Leslie?s Pool store and had a pool maintenance and repair person come out (and spend 2 days on the pool) and the pool was not getting better, it was getting worse. 5 weeks with a green pool and no solution after spending hundreds of dollars, we were convinced we needed to buy a new filter and spend even more money. We decided to get another opinion, we found Moore?s on Angie?s List and called them. They were extremely responsive and came out right away. Their efforts completely cleared our pool within 2 days!! And their price didn?t mean we needed to dump more money into the pool. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them for any pool questions, service, maintenance, or issues you need resolved.
