Moore's Pool Service

After poor service from two other pool companies, Moore's cleaned and fixed what they had not. Pumps and filtration systems work now. I have had Moore's for five years and they have been top notch in maintaining the pools and the pool equipment. They are responsive to questions and concerns. I have recommended them to new move in's and on NextDoor Neighbor. Highly recommended.

Moore's takes care of my pool on a weekly basis. They show up when they say they will and let me know when the schedule or technician changes. They have replaced both my pump and filter (at different times) in a quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend them.

Very well. Bill Moore and his team responded promptly. They have been my pool maintenance company for over two years. Always let me know what they have done. No surprise bills. Keeps the monthly rate reasonable. Several days ago I had a pool pump issue and they handled it right away. If your pool is in Scottsdale they are one of the best!

Great. They provide regular weekly maintenance and help with all issues with my pool. They drained it and did an acid wash and refilled the pool. It looks wonderful. This was all done so quickly. They are so nice and so helpful.

Bill is a pleasure to speak with and takes care of his clients. I needed him at a moments notice and he was able to fit me into his schedule. We have been using Moore's Pool Service for 3 year now for 2 pools (separate properties) and both pools have always remained clear even during monsoon season. What more can you ask for? Very reliable, always on time, pool is always in great shape.

I called and they came out the same day. Turned out it was three minor things that needed to be fixed. Everything is now working as good as new, and my pump and equipment is about 10 years old. They showed me what was broken, what they fixed and answered all of my questions along my with advice to know if there's a problem in the future. Great experience!

Service was spotty and inconsistent depending upon who they assigned. Some people spent more time smoking and ashing up my driveway than they did servicing my pool. Office staff was consistently rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Finally fired them and now they are refusing to return my personal property. Sorry I ever hired them.

Rodney was great to work with, very responsive and easy to work with and the repair work he did around the pool was excellent.

Moore's Pool Service has been taking care of our pool for a year, and we are very satisfied with the service they have provided. They saved ours from a green to a sparkling clean pool. RJ, the technician, does a fantastic job on keep our pool clean. When we had some issues with the pool and the automation system, the office (Kori, Sharon and Bill) always responded to us and resolved the problem in a timely manner.
