Description of Work: Was having problems with my pool filtration system. This seems to be a mom and pop business but very well run. Bill is always very responsive, very good in the work performed and always reasonably priced. I was with a major pool service company before but I am sticking with Bill Moore as long as possible.

Description of Work: Opened a valve that was stuck. Then show me how to back flush the filter. They also put a new Jose on the back flush. All for no charge! |I will be using them for my summer pool service. |

Description of Work: They had to re-plumb all of the original (1996) piping near the filter and replace all of the Jandy valves. They had to replace the gears and re-build the manifold that directs water to the pop up cleaning system. It went swimmingly. |Works great, done in less than a day.

Description of Work: This was a visit for an estimate. They accommodated a very early visit- before 7am on a rainy day. Punctual and knowledgeable. Problem I had resolved with their diagnosis and I did not end requiring services however I would not hesitate to use their service in the future. I valued their time and help.

Description of Work: I had contact Bill Moore about sine issues I was having with my pool He got back to me even though he was out of town. By describing my problem over the phone he was able to determine what the problem was most likely to be. I did what he has suggested which was not an easy task to begin with because I had to re-pipe the system but he was spot on. He had offered to check it out when he had returned free of charge. Fortunately my system is running better than ever now. I certainly will look to Moore's Pool Service if I find the need again and with the way pools are I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Bill was very friendly and took the time to listen and didn't just throw prices at me.

Description of Work: Customer service starts with the first interaction. I spoke with Sharon who was very kind and helpful. Everything followed the same. Bill came out and checked our very old and dead pool pump when I was not home. An email followed promptly with a clear summary of what my options were. Bill came out the next day and replaced our pool pump; he explained to me in detail what the differences in energy saving would be if we purchased the new one. Our pool is over 35 years old. It was time to make the investment. Our pool is looking the best it has in years. I like clear, honest communication; and a no-nonsense "get the work done" approach; this is my second experience with a vendor after joining Angie's List and I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They keep our pool clean and balanced and provide extra services as needed. They are ethical, trustworthy and professional in all they do. We were, and still are, delighted that we found them (on Angie's List). We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I now have them doing my pool maintenance. They come once a week cleaning the pool, checking water, etc. They have been on the job about 3 months and I am very happy so far.

Description of Work: We just wanted an evaluation of our pool and what it would cost to fix it. They were 2 hours late for the appointment and didn't call to say they were going to be late. Once they showed up, though, they were professional. We ended up not getting the pool fixed after all.
