Description of Work: They drained the pool, replaced a broken popup head, acid-washed the pool, and subcontracted another group to clean the tile. Everything went well according to schedule. We were pleased with the results. Great work!!

Description of Work: R&R pool clock. Repair went very well. The repairman did not have the parts with him so he had to leave and get the necessary parts, all at no extra charge. The job was well done and at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I contacted them when our pools salt water conversion system broke down. They diagnosed the problem which was under warranty, and the installer (not Moores) made the necessary repairs. I was so impressed with their personnel and service, I hired them to get the pool chemistry under control prior to the repairs and to perform the weekly cleaning and maintenance. Our service man, Nick, is punctual, professional, diligent, and personable, and knows his pool chemistry.

Description of Work: We use Moore's Pool service for weekly pool maintenance. They do a great job. Our assigned "pool guy" is here every week at the same time, and does a good job keeping our pool clean. The owner, Bill, is always readily available for more technical issues and repairs.

Description of Work: Moore's was able to diagnose and fix problems with our pool pump--problems that were caused by another company, who then abandoned the job when the going got tough. Moore's responded very quickly, and their technician was able to figure out why we had been having problems. Everyone we dealt with went out of his way to be helpful. We will definitely use them in the future. Our pool has not looked this good for years!

Description of Work: Weekly pool service. My serviceman Jake noticed that my pool company who installed the pool did not give us an important part. The owner Bill came right over and assessed the situation and informed me of the issue. They are wonderful people to do business with.

Description of Work: My pool filter (I have 2) was not working well. My Polaris was a mess. My pool was green and I was frustrated beyond belief with everything. Bill recommended draining the pool, starting fresh. He rebuilt my Polaris and pool filter, did a chlorine wash on my pebble tech pool. I looks great and I am using him for my weekly pool maintenance as well.

Description of Work: 1.Currently provides weekly service (including all chemicals and the once a year phosphate treatment) |2.Will switch to Bi-monthly service for the winter months of Nov - Feb. |3.Drained the pool and added all start up chemicals. |4.Replaced both of the main drains in the bottom of the pool with anti-entrapment drains. |5.Determined why the pool light was not functioning and would have provided an estimate to repair if it was not the bulb. Since it was the bulb, they installed a new bulb and gasket. |6.Replaced the existing cartridge filter with a Hayward S244T Top Mount Sand Filter including all labor, parts, sand and removing old filter. |

Description of Work: Moore's Pool Service has been servicing our pool for over a year now. We have had several mechanical issues that have been addressed and repaired for us in a punctual and efficient manner. We are using this service for our weekly chemical and cleaning service because we feel the mechanical end is so important. We are happy with their service.
