Description of Work: Update on this company; fuller review submitted a couple weeks ago. We had more pool repair work needed, and Moore's was incredibly quick to respond and do the work, and for such a reasonable fee. This company is unusually accommodating. I highly recommend this pool company.

Description of Work: I had been told before that I had 1 of the most complicated pool systems, I luckily learned it to the best of my ability but questioned it's functionality and efficiency. Bill will quick to come take a look and when he was stumped brought in another expert with just as much experience so that they could provide me the best solution possible without breaking the bank. Genuine and honest with great customer service and expertise is hard to come by these days.

I did not end up choosing him because his rate was quite a bit higher than others, but if I can't find someone else to do a good job for less, then his price is justified and I'll try him out.

He educated us on a product that has since made our pool maintenance much easier and more economical. Whenever you own a pool or an automobile, you always know that the unexpected mechanical problem will eventually occur. Now that we know how dependable, reliable, and trustworthy Bill Moore is, we feel confident that when our pool needs service, we will always be treated fairly!

 + -1 moreMOORE'S POOL SERVICE IS GREAT. WE HAVE A LARGE OLD POOL AND IT LOOKS GREAT NOW THAT THEY COME IN WEEKLY TO CLEAN IT AND REPAIR ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM. WHEN WE FIRST CALLED BILL, WE THOUGHT WE NEEDED A WHOLE NEW POOL PUMP AND CLEANING SYSTEM BUT AFTER 20 MINUTES, THE POOL LOOKED BRAND NEW. WE ALSO HAVE A DOG AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY CAREFUL TO SHUT AND LOCK THE GATE WHEN THEY LEAVE. THIS HAD ALWAYS BEEN MY HESITATION IN HAVING SOMEONE COME IN EACH WEEK.
