They did a good job of doing the cleaning on our pool. They were on time. They were one of the lowest priced offerings. They were on time and their work was topnotch.

I've been using Moore's Pool Service for almost a year. The condition of the pool is far better than with my previous service, Jeff is here every week with a great attitude and professionalism and they're easy to do business with. I'm very satisfied.

Bill came out to take a look at my system. He was fast to respond, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to address all of the issues he observed and gave recommendations.

Perfect !! Highly recommended. Called Moore's pool service at 10am, my call was returned by 12 noon, I gave them the part # and William arrived at 2pm with the part in hand. By 3:15pm my pool was back in service. I've found myself a new pool equipment repair guy!!

My 25 year old pool pump died on a Thursday in August. I called 2 pool services and none could come for 5 or 6 days out. Moore's was my 3rd call and they came the next day, diagnosed the dead pump, quoted me on options to repair or replace. They were back the next Monday, replaced the pump with a new energy efficient pump that will save me money in the long term. I know they were busy but worked me in to keep me from getting a green pool at 90 degree water temps. They installed while I was at work, I had to call them 2 days later and ask if they wanted to get paid . They did it all on faith, no deposit or credit card up front. That is a great way to grow a business. Eric came back later in the week and showed me the details on the pump program and how to work it. I was very happy and have a new pool repair company I would recommend.

Perfectly. I called and got a response within an hour, and a short time later Bill came out to look at the leak and gave me an estimate, then he and his two helpers came out the next day and did the job quickly.

Pump decided to shutoff abruptly and was blowing fuse. Bill came out and took a look, and later I received a detailed email, with several options ranging in price. Communication was great, which helped as I requested clarification on a few items. I ended up replacing my pump with another single speed unit that has been working beautifully since. Easy to work with, fair, and great results. Was chosen based on great reviews on Angie's List, will add another great review.

Bill returned my call within 15-20 minutes and was more than happy to give me suggestions on how I might be able to finish doing it myself, or he could come by to fix the problem. After he gave me a very reasonable quote (I had a couple other quotes) he was able to work me in that day. I am not saying he can always do that, however, I was very grateful because I could not run the pool motor for the last day or so while the valve was broken and my pool water was already starting to turn. Bill showed up, greeted me and went to work. He was able to fix my problem and did a tune up on a couple of other little things (no charge) that I could visually see made a difference in the performance of this old filter system. Once he was done, I appreciated that he took the time to explain some things that I could do to keep it running better and even though I had an older system he did not try to sell or up sell me. Great! They came to check my pool equipment for free before we left on vacation. They serviced the pool for 3 weeks while we were out of town. We came home to a sparkling clean pool.

We liked Bill immediately from the first phone call several years ago when our sand filter needed to be replaced. He has been terrific to work with every single time we contact him. It isn't often that we come across someone so honest and customer oriented as Bill. What a lovely man he is to have given us free advice today when he clearly did not have to do that. Others would probably have just come out, fixed it in two minutes and charged us for a service call and we would gladly have paid it just to have it working again. He is amazing. We highly recommend Bill and Moore's Pool Service.

Mr. Moore is responsive, punctual, and professional. This is the 2nd time he has done work for me, and if there is more pool work to be done, he will be the one to do it without question.

Mr Moore drained the pool, provided the acid wash as promised and sanded the calcium build up. The pool looks great.

I can't say enough good things about Moore's. It's a family owned business, which I think is part of why the service is so exceptional. Bill and Sharon are professional and are always eager to give assistance when needed. The weekly chemical service is a great price and saves me from having to monitor the levels of my pool. I spend the same or less on this service than I did when I was doing the chemicals myself. I also met with Bill personally after they installed my new pool equipment. He went through all the ins and outs of everything and made some recommendations for the future. If you're looking for pool service, look no further.

Moore's Pool Service got the pool back into perfect shape in August from a really dreadful deterioration (while I was away on vacation and unaware that my previous pool service provider, who had just billed me, was in fact shut down in bankruptcy), and they subsequently created a weekly schedule for servicing the pool since that time, all of which is done wonderfully well. The monthly service is provided at only $100 per month (with a minimum of four weekly visits). When needed this fall, they replaced one of my pool pumps ($950) and personally doubled the one year warranty to two should it fail; they take very good care of my pool. They are professional, punctual, thorough and do extraordinarily good work. The best pool service that I have ever had, with over 15 years of experience as a pool owner.

My pool, once again, would not prime. I did everything I could, but it wouldn't work. I called Bill Moore (whom I've used before, very happily), and as in the past, he walked me through some things I could do myself to try to get it to work without having to pay him to do it. (That's some pretty fabulous service, in my book.) Well, none of those things worked this time, so Bill came to check things out. He came promptly when he said he would, explained the issue to me clearly, and completed the work. He's obviously really knowledegeable about all things pool, and is friendly and has integrity, to boot. He did an excellent job. I asked his advice on whether it was time to re-do the whole thing (the system is nearly 30 years old), but he said if it was his pool, he'd wait until it was necessary--and we're obviously not at that point yet, since it all works pretty well. (well, after his repair!) Bill Moore is impressive, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. And his pricing is very fair. What a treat to work with a company/guy like this. Highly recommend!

We fired a fairly inept pool guy and were taking care of the pool ourselves. Things were going great and then suddenly we had an algae bloom and I was having trouble getting things back to normal. I found Bill on A.L. and we traded some emails and finally decided it would probably be best if he came out to the house to take a look at our equipment. I have to say that probably like many people, I've become jaded as many service providers these days are working overtime to get their hands in your wallet. Bill Moore is clearly not most service providers as he took is time, explained what was going on, and despite me being fairly certain that I needed new equipment, assured me that I didn't need to spend any money right now and that my equipment probably had a couple of years left in it. Wow, this was refreshing and clearly makes you trust these guys immensely. Obviously I'm not the only one either, if you look at the reviews they are phenomenal and I can see why because I now know that if Bill says something's "toast" and needs to be replaced, you can trust him. I highly recommend these guys, and I'll be using them again whenever I need any work done.

Contacted service provider with questions regarding pool system in a house we purchased. Having never owned a pool we did not give him all the pertinent information over the phone. He was prompt, courteous and above all honest. After taking a look at the system he let us know that our brand of pool equipment was better serviced by someone who specializes in it as it needed programming, which we greatly appreciated. He took time out of his busy schedule to test water, explain the basics of the system and offer directions on what to do while we waited for the system to be serviced. He gave us contact for someone who serviced our particular brand. We were not charged for the services he did provide and information he did provide. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I was in state and out of state throughout arranging for him to begin service and get the bill to him. I receive the invoices by e-mail, print them out, and mail a check. That has worked out well since I was rarely in the same place from month to month. I'm home now, and he offered to teach me how to maintain my pool once we replace a few things. It turned out a couple of my neighbors use Moore's too so it was easy to fit me into the regular schedule.
