After technician showed up close to 30 minutes late, he repaired one and examined the second one. After reporting didn't have fan needed to fix it, searched for the part and informed us, written in work description, that it would be $189 for that part and we agreed it be ordered. He assured us would call us back within 1 hr. of leaving to let us know estimated arrival date. He didn't call back, as a matter of fact, nobody from the company has. My wife called the company yesterday and she says that the assistant who answered the call appeared not prepared and not knowing what she was talking about. Told my wife that the part was no longer in production as the refrigerator was outdated and we should get a new one. Interestingly, searched Wine Enthusiast website and Amazon, and they still sell the same wine fridge. We have already secured someone that will complete the job next week.

Excellent service. Received same day appointment and repair was completed during the initial appointment. Normand was king, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Repair was reasonably priced and washer is in excellent working condition now. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Everything went well and communication was outstanding. We called High Desert on Monday morning, they responded quickly, and replaced the motherboard by the end of the same day. Ray, our technician, was running late on the previous job, but he called us on a couple of occasions to let us know of the change in time, which was appreciated. Ray explained everything in detail and how we needed to defrost the fridge and when to restart. If we have a large appliance need in the future we will strongly consider using High Desert again.
