Came out same day, had four issues on three different devices and solved them all.

They came out to fix my printer and when he was finished he showed me it was working . Then when I went to print it wasn't printing again for some reason so Deon had to come back out the next day but did stand behind his work. Since then I have had no problems at all. A-OKAY!!!! He was quit late so instead of waiting around like I did, maybe call him instead. Other than that, I would highly recommend Deon. I would certainly hire him again!!

Aside from getting our computers back a day later than promised, the work completed was delivered as promised. I would definitely recommend Deon to friends and family!

would give 6 stars if I could. its my first build and needed help with EVERYTHING but assembly. they fixed and updated my BIOS, setup my OS, and even helped update my GPU and Google Chrome! was too excited with results to remember to get them to help with cable management but oh well, IM ONLINE! for the price, convenience of AT HOME service, and done within 30 minutes? sold! no one else offered equivalent services at the same price or could even tell me when it will be fixed. they did. Deon Lee Hanson, the owner is terrific and very skilled. He fixed out printer/compute problem, setting it up in an easier way, got things fixed on my laptop, got new headsets configured to our phones. It was a breath of fresh air having someone knowledgeable get our office up and running. Hoghly recommended for any IT, even Macs, which we use.

Deon was a absolutely wonderful helping install my brand new cyberspace pc. There was a loose component in my pc straight out of the box which lead me to seek Geek mobile for assistance. Deon knew immediately that the loose component was a quick and easy fix. He then proceeded to install windows 10 and boot the system to the equivalent drivers I needed ect. He also installed a neat anti-virus software and a remote server technical support app I can use to contact Geeks Mobile. Seriously the best team I've worked with so far and feels good knowing I have support whenever I need it!!!
