The two men were great on our new laptop, requiirements, including linking with peripherals throught the house.

they came and solved the problem on a Saturday. However the problem came back on Sunday and they came on Monday and solved the problem for good.

Deon was prompt and very, very efficient. He had my laptop functioning within 30 minutes. I appreciated the fact that he arrived wearing a mask and gloves.

The two Geek employees worked together quickly and calmly. They were on time and finished on schedule. I can't speak more highly of them.

I hired this company through Angie website. They offered their services for a flat rate and to come home to fix the computer. We had a Frankenstein like computer. After they spent some time trying to figure out how it was connected and what parts might not be working. They determined it might need a power supply, but they didn't have one in hand. They took the computer to their shop for further diagnostics. They ordered the parts needed and replaced them. They re-assembled the computer as the assembly was not done properly originally. The computer was back and functional. They were very accommodating. They are also very COVID adhering and were nice enough to wore masks in our presence. I would recommend their service to anybody that needs some computer repair help. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service.

They called to advise they were in route and running late. They arrived on time, reviewed our system, removed viruses checked installation of network and connection to phones ad iPads. Recommended a subscription to a virus monitoring app to maintain our system at a modest fee.
