Description of Work: Installed complete four-zone drip irrigation system (front & back)including new valves and controller. Josh and his team completed the work on schedule and left the yard in great shape. Description of Work: As in the past doing business with this company was easy. The timer for our sprinkler system malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. The unit was around 1 year old and still well within warranty coverage. We contacted Controlled Rain who had been working with us before. A date was set, they came out and exchanged the entire unit. We initially paid the full replacement cost of $320. A number of weeks afterwards they reimbursed the cost for the controller once they had received a related credit from the manufacturer/sales agent.

Description of Work: CAME FOR AN ESTIMATE. DIAGNOSED AND MADE SUGGESTIONS. HE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT. ANSWERED LOTS OF QUESTIONS FOR NEWCOMERS AND DEPARTED, LEAVING A GOOD IMPRESSION. ON THE INITIAL CALL HE ASKED IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AND I FELT HE WOULD HAVE ACCOMMODATE US, HAD IT BEEN IT WAS NOT. AS OUR SYSTEM IS AGEING AND WE HAVE JUST MOVED IN, WE DECIDED TO DO THE REPAIR, AND HE WAS PERFECTLY AMENABLE TO THAT.

Description of Work: Controlled Rain put in our system earlier in the year. We woke up on a Saturday in May to find that the system was not shutting off and had basically flooded the backyard. We contacted the company - who typically do not work on weekends - to see if they could come out and see what was malfunctioning. We were surprised to get a call back so fast. Josh came out the same day and fixed the problem. This company is amazingly responsive and professional!

Description of Work: We have found the sprinkler system to be watering an area of our yard hours after it should have stopped. Contacted the company phone line, left a message and had a reply call within less then 5 minutes. Josh was here within less the an hour and replaced the valve with no cost to us even that it was past the warranty time. We have always had a wonderful experience dealing with the company.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with their service. They are nice to deal with and very focused on doing a good job. They came and gave an estimate, returned to fix numerous watering problems and then returned once more to add a few more emitters and find more leaks that had appeared. The price reflects the three visits. I wouldn't think of trying another service.

Description of Work: The system is 10 years old so he had to replace some tubes and sprinklers . Was done in a short time . Worked very fast and professional . I can recommend him any time. He knows his work very well.

Description of Work: Did not actually use the company but they returned my call quickly and were extremely pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, I needed someone who could come out the same day and they were booked up for a week--she said that was very unusual and she apologized. The part I thought was very professional and why I am recommending them is that they gave me the name of another company that they said would do a good job for me. I called that company-- they were able to come out that day, and they did a nice job. I give Controlled Rain a whole lot of credit for referring me to a competent company--a competitor--to help me address my emergency. They did not have to do that.

Description of Work: One of our valves had cracked and was leaking badly enough that we had to shut off the water supply. They treated it like an emergency, came when promised and made a professional repair for a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: The back flow valves froze and broke over the winter and had to be replaced. I already had an extra for one, but Ken had to search for the part for the other one and it took a couple of weeks. Josh came out and replaced it and all is well. I am happy with the service which was prompt and knowledgeable. It took 2 trips and I live out of town and was not charged any extra.
