Work was done very professionally, installers very friendly and great on cleanup. Everything restored to normal, no mess of any kind. Justin always does a great job, answers all questions and is attentive to your concerns. We have used Controlled Rain for years and will continue to do so.

The timer for my landscape lighting failed. I contacted Controlled Rain, who had previously installed landscape lighting and a new irrigation system for my home. The scheduling was handled professionally and I was contacted on the day promised by Josh. Josh identified the part that needed to be replaced, ordered it, and within a couple of days installed it. As before, Controlled Rain (Josh) was courteous, on time, and extremely professional. I highly recommend his services anytime expert lighting or landscape irrigation work is necessary at your home.

Justin was arrived in the timeframe I was given, answered all of my questions and quickly took care of all my issues. The price was fair and the results were excellent.

Controlled Rain responded very quickly for our request (originally asked them to come "teach" us how to use the SRP 'smart' irrigation controller. The technician (so sorry can't remember his name) arrived on time and reviewed our options. We all agreed the SRP system was not user-friendly and we were very willing to change it out for a system that we could program and manage on our own. The work was done quickly, we were shown how to change settings, and all was handled very professionally. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service. Justin and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Very prompt service. Justin responded promptly to an issue I had that turned out to be a simple explanation. So Happy to have found this company.

The technician came out and inspected them and found that they did not need to be replaced. What a nice change from times when working items were replaced simply because you thought they needed to be.

Some delays due to weather and scheduling conflicts, but extra discount provided after second delay. System has been working well now for 3 months. Only quibble: I did request a schematic of the system layout after it was installed but it was never provided; I must admit however that this was an afterthought and not in the contract,

I wouldn't use them again if I didn't like them.

I use Controlled Rain Inc. They're billing is really good. They just send you an invoice and you send it in. Which is kind of nice, you don't have to write a check then and there.

Ken came out and offered a quote. I felt the price quoted was very fair and accepted the bid. Ken had to dig a new trench which included going under a sidewalk and through a brick wall to the backyard. He did a great job, was very friendly, and was great with communication. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

It went well, they gave an Angie's List discount, but we still have a leak so they are coming back this week.

Excellent, Justin was professional at all steps, 2 day service, showed up on time with a 20 minute call ahead, installed the box, programmed the unit, did a demonstration, and checked the sprinkler operation, all at the agreed upon and fair price. Carol in the office was pleasant to work with. I just wish more businesses were this professional.

Josh and his Administrative Assistant Carol were very accommodating to our needs. They were able to come out to give us an estimate within days of our contacting them. Josh was able to set up the drip system replacement within days of our request of their services. They were reliable and on time. Their work was outstanding. Josh was very concerned my husband, who is quite picky, was completely satisfied with the outcome. He was. We HIGHLY recommend Controlled Rain to anyone who need irrigation system replacement or repairs.

Excellent. Josh came out as scheduled and looked at my control unit and the work I needed. He didn't have a control unit with him that was appropriate for my house, so he said he would come back the next day with the unit and do the job. He picked up the control unit he next day (on his own time), came back as scheduled and did the work. Finished it in less than an hour. Set up and explained the new control unit. Was very neat in his work, you couldn't even tell the granite rocks were moved where he put the drip heads. Everything turned out great and works perfectly.

Someone from Controlled Rain contacted me immediately to make an appointment. I had to arrange some things for a scheduled visit requiring me to call back. The representative followed-up in a timely manner, scheduled the appointment, and the technician did exactly what he said he would do. The communication was great and I was very satisfied with the work. The wet spot is gone.

Controlled Rain is the perfect service vendor. I have used them twice and have never even had to meet them (not that meeting someone is a bad thing). I email in the issue, they schedule the work, perform the work and then I pay the reasonable charge. No fuss. They did a great job and went over an above on the job making sure other aspects of the irrigation system were also working correctly as well. Great vendor! Josh was wonderful to work with since I had a special kind of problem to solve. Josh was professional, hard working, and patient in solving successfully my sprinkler/drip problem. When Josh rebuilt my "6 Station Raindial Timer" at a cost of $200.00 my big problem was solved. Josh pointed out that sprinkler/drip timer boxes should be replaced or rebuilt every 5 to 8 years. He figured out that I needed low pressure sprinkler heads at a cost of $350.00 to improve coverage for my grass and I agreed he was correct. After teaching for 40 years full time I retired and one thing I know how to do is evaluate and grade a job if it is well done, Josh receive an Outstanding Grade of an A+ from me. Also, take note from Angie's List "Control Rain Irrigation Specialist" received the Angie's "Super Service Award" which Control Rain Company really deserves in my opinion. I received a discount of 10% from being a paid subscriber of Angie's List and the 10% discount more than paid for my subscription cost to Angie's List. I think Angie's List is the greatest service for a home owner. After going through Angie's List of companies for my sprinkler/drip problem I found the great company of Control Rain.

I was very satisfied. The whole company was here except for the office mgr. The five of them worked smoothly together, each helping the others as needed. Everyone knew who was the boss, but he worked as hard as anyone else - including grunt work. It is difficult for a novice to evaluate professionals, but I was impressed. I would definitely hire them again.
