Ken returned my initial call promptly and scheduled an estimate appointment. He arrived on time, discussed our project, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and gave us an estimate. He later emailed the exact project cost (including Angie's List coupon) and an installation date was set. Ken was able to start the work 1 day earlier and emailed me that schedule change. The work progressed quickly and when it was completed Ken explained how to operate the new system. Excellent communication took place before, during, and at the end of the project. Ken is personable and professional, and I highly recommended him.

Josh arrived promptly & replaced the valve system the first day under the supervision of my 9 yr. old granddaughter. He was patient with her & gave her some scrap PVC pipe to play with & she made a small "castle". Mckinzy also said she was stung by a sweat bee & killed it so it wouldn't sting Josh & cause him to get the blue glue on his arms. Josh & Ken were to come the following day around 8:30 or 9:00 to replace the control box. I told Josh I worked nights & would just stay up & sleep in the afternoon. To my surprise they were at the house when I got home from work. They replaced the controller, lowered it & fixed the leaks promptly. Josh showed me how to use the system & answered any questions I had. He also made sure the system was functioning properly. The cost was what was estimated minus the 10% coupon from Angie's List. Mckinzy & I give Controlled Rain & especially Josh big kudos!! I would recommend them to anyone with sprinkler problems. They deserve a happiness award!!

Ken came out to do the estimate the day after I called and was able to quote a price after a look around. He said he was able to get to the work within the next 2 days which he did while I was at work. Everything was cleaned up and working as expected.

The service man was prompt and polite.

VERY disappointed w/ my experience.Got estimate 6/27/06 for work to be done. Requested repair be done by July 7.Co had no time for my job til after that date. I was going out of town from 7/7 to 7/16, was assured work could be done by or before 7/16. Made arrangements for job to happen in my absence.Gave credit card # for materials & work, left gate unlocked for access. Returned from vacation, dismayed to find no work had been done, no msg left to explain why promised repair hadn't taken place. Called and talked to Ken, and he said he'd call me back. Ken didn't cb, but had Gary cb.Apologized for schedule error, earliest they could now do work was Fri, 7/21, a full 4 weeks from when I called for the estimate. Both men apologized, but neither seemed to make any real effort to make up for the fact that they had wasted 3 wks of my time.Decided to start over & search for a new outfit, but frustrating being at square one due to having waited the extra time for this supposedly quality outfit.

Fantastic! Arrived on time, did everything on my list AND cleaned up afterwards. I will be using this company for all future irrigation work. Price was very reasonable.

Ken was on time, did the work as he stated and charged what he estimated. He finished the job in the time frame he estimated. He was very courteous, helpful and explained everything he was about to do and what he had done.

Excellent job. Don came out early in the morning and worked well into the evening to finish the work. During the project, he found some other problems with the pressure regulators and replaced those. This was a huge project for him, and he stayed within his quoted price.

I was pleased with the prompt service as they were at my house within one day. They completed everything I asked even though I was not at home - they cleaned up, and I wouldn't have known they were there, except my system was now working properly. Their prices seem very reasonable.

This company is great. They came out within a couple of days of my call and I thought they charged a very reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again.

Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very comfortable with him and his demeanor. He was on time and stayed longer to make sure the solution was working properly. I will be using this company in the future and would refer any acquaintances to use them.

GOOD EXPERIENCE, TECH WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. HE EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP WHAT HE WAS DOING, ESTIMATED COST PRIOR TO REPAIR & SHOWED ME HOW TO SET THE TIMERS.

KEN WELLS DID THE REPAIRS. HE WAS FAST AND DID A GREAT JOB. BEST SPRINKLER REPAIR WE HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. DIDNT OVERCHARGE LIKE MOST IN THE FIELD.

WHILE I WAS NOT ABLE TO BE AT HOME DURING EITHER OF THEIR VISITS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY MADE A POINT TO CALL ME AT WORK AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT HE HAD DISCOVERED AND GAVE ME ESTIMATES FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE THAT DAY AND FOR THEIR SECOND TRIP IF I SO ELECTED. THERE WAS NO RETURN OR TRIP CHARGE FOR THEIR SECOND REPAIR AND THE WORK CAME IN ABOUT $125.00 UNDER THE ESTIMATE WHICH WAS APPRECIATED.

THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I COULD FIND THAT WOULD WORK WITH THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB THAT HE DID, BUT WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE PRICE. HE FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.

SSI RESPONDED TO OUR SERVICE CALL ON THE SAME DAY IT WAS PLACED. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN RESEARCHING THE PROBLEMS THAT WE WERE EXPERIENCING WITH OUR SYSTEM. THEY WORKED QUICKLY. SPRINKLERS ARE THEIR SPECIALTY. THEY ALSO CAN DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS QUICKLY AND ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MANY DIFFERENT SYSTEMS. THEY COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH VERY WELL.

THIS COMPANY 'CLEANED-UP' WORK FROM A DIFFERENT LANDSCAPE CO. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE WITH PRICE AND WE HAVE HAD NO OTHER LEAKS, SINCE THEY CORRECTED THE OTHER COMPANY'S WORK.

THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, RECHECKED THEIR WORK AND FOLLOWED UP.
