I called Ken, who was great in having someone out to my house the next day. Doug showed up on time in the morning and walked me through what needed to be done. Provided great advice, and fixed the problem well and expediently. Payment was a breeze over the phone. Everything went perfect and the prices were reasonable.

Service was excellent. After I called for an appointment they called me back right away and were able to schedule me for the next day. The employee who came to do the work was on time and was helpful and friendly. He answered my questions and explained what he was looking for, what he found, and how he fixed it. He re-set my irrigation timer after the new wiring was done. I was very pleased.

Arrived on time, listened to concern and knew exactly how to repair. Completed repair in very short time. Very nice person, knew what he was doing, and resonably priced.

Wow, they did a great job as they found the problem and saved me a ton of money in the long run. They were done in an hour and gone. I've already called them to come out and do more work for me. I had a great experience with them.

I called Ken and explained my problem. This was a very small job with potential for problems and not a lot of income. So, I was very pleased when he agreed to come by and resolve it within a few days when he was in my area again. He came earlier than I expected and connected the valve and got it working on the first trip. I had had two other irrigations professionals look at it and they had no idea how to do what he did.

My initial voice mail was promptly returned and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone. They scheduled an actual time to meet me at my house (not a time window) and were right on time. The work was done well. Later that week, a second leak sprung up (probably just wasn't under pressure before due to the first leak), and they came out and fixed that leak as well.

Great, everything is working well now. I would definitely go to them again.

We called Controlled Rain when we had a significant leek in our backyard. They came, fixed the leak, but told us that our system was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. All of the tubing was extremely brittle. I got one more estimate, which was three times higher than Controlled Rains. The following week Gary led a team of 2 men in the replacement of our system. The job took two days, the men worked SO hard, and everything seems to be going great.

Overall, the job went very well. Ken and Scott were very flexible on meeting for the quote and scheduling of the work. Scott showed-up on time, finished very close to his estimate and did all that we asked. Completed job in 3 1/2.

We couldn't be happier with the work performed by this company. On the day of the estimate, Josh showed up right on time, and quickly assessed the leak. We discussed our other concerns with the sprinkler system, and he scheduled a time to return. On the day the work was to be performed, Josh showed up on time again, and set to work. He had to drill through the fence, and dig out a fair amount of gravel, but when he was finished, you never would have known he'd been there. The leak was not easy to fix, but the price was more than fair, and our system now works like a charm. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a company where the guys you talk to are the guys who do the work, Controlled Rain is definitely worth a call.

Absolutely painless. I called on a Thursday, to schedule the job. They called back within 30 minutes of my message and provided a rough bid for the job I described, assuming there were no unexpected problems. I accepted the bid and scheduled a visit the following Monday, around lunch time. They called at 11:45, 30 minutes before arrival (as promised). They arrived and completed the job, within about 1/2 hour, at a cost lower than the estimate.

Excellent showed up on time and did the work. Calls answered promptly.

I contacted the company initially by email and received a reply within 2 days. We were able to schedule the appointment within days. The owner's son arrived a few minutes early, was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly but did a thorough job.

I called and made an appointment. Three days later, Josh came to my house right on time at 8 a.m. He checked everything, fixed the problems listed below and also gave some good advice about upkeep and future maintenance. I felt as though he was honest, kind, and didn't treat me like an idiot when showing me how to program the clock.

Our drip system controller was no longer working. Ken gave us a price and replaced it immediately. From there he was able to see where our problems were with the drip in our front yard. The back yard was fine. He told us what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. The emitters around our trees needed to be moved as they were in the original positions from when the trees were planted 8.5 years ago. Ken arranged to come back 2 days later, even though we were out of town, and replaced the line and emitters in our front yard. Except for the fact we can see the new emitters and the water is flowing properly, we would never know the ground had been disturbed. Everything was left perfect. The final cost was on the lower side of his estimate range.

Technician arrived within the time period requested and got right to work. He completed the work promptly and to my husband's satisfaction - not an easy thing to do.

All went very well. Mr Wells arrived at the site for quoting on-time. He reviewed the job and gave us options. We told him we wanted a basic budget job, and he submitted a quote without padding it with unwanted extras. He and his assistant arrived for the job exactly on-time. Work went smoothly and quickly, stopping only to ask where we wanted the timer located and its wiring routed. Took time to show timer operation and checked to see all drippers were working properly. Carefully cleaned up job site afterward.

Everything about my experience was amazing. Showed up on time, diagnosed, fixed problem quickly, very fair pricing, friendly, educational, etc. Went above and beyond in every way possible. I highly recommend this company.

Ken was prompt and efficient. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving. He replaced the faulty timer and reset all the timing program for me.

These guys are great. They have fixed a couple of problems in our backyard watering system. They are dependable, timely, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

They came and checked it and told me what to do to isolate the condition to find the leak with the least amount of upheaval to the landscape. They came again and told me what to do to further isolate it. They came again and fixed it well. They charged for only one service call and were neat and careful of the property. All three times they came at the appointed time promptly. They were friendly and easy to reach and talk to. I will call them again to fix another valve box that is aging.
