Justin came out on Monday - he was prompt, friendly and professional. He got right to work fixing the issue and patiently explained the problem to me. Josh came out on Thursday, repaired the leaks, fixed the valve in the backyard and gave us a heads up about future problems we might have with this 15 year old system. He came back on Friday to fix the leaky shutoff valve. Josh and Controlled Rain were fantastic! By far it was the best customer services experience I had in years. The people at the office were extremely nice and thorough. Call backs are prompt and the attention to detail is impeccable.

Technician arrived on time, was friendly yet professional. Assessed problem quickly and got right to work. It took less than 45 minutes.

He estimated the cost of replacing the 15 year old Rain Dial irrigation control box that was not working properly. He had the time and the equipment with him to do the work immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge, professional attitude and willingness to check, repair and adjust sprinklers for no extra charge, even though he had already given me the estimate just for the cost of the new timer and installation. I was pleased that I did not have to schedule another appointment. He did excellent work - thorough, efficient, clean - and was friendly and easy to talk to. I am happy that I have finally found a reliable company to do all my future irrigations repairs!

Great. I had to postpone their work twice due to delays with pool resurfacing and they were very helpful in being flexible. Then they started and finished on time, and did a great job.

I bought a house and the inspector told me that the sprinkler valves were leaking. I called Controlled Rain and they sent Josh to give me an estimate. He said that the valves weren't in need of immediate repair, but pointed out a few other problems. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained details of my sprinkler system. If I ever get sprinkler system work done, I will be calling him.

Was in my area Northern Pinal County 2 days after my call. Arrived 3 minutes early. Finished repair in 18 minutes.

I had noticed the leak a while back, but didn't do anything. I hate to call people out to fix things. I have an aversion to hiring people because I'm always surprised how expensive things are. Anyway, I got a $150 water bill last month (normally $60) and decided fixing the leak was now a financially sound investment. I called and they had someone out the next morning. He arrived on time and appeared professional. He told me he needed a special tool/machine to access under the tiled area and he would come back out tomorrow. I asked if I needed to be there for the work and he stated that he could just leave a bill at the door. It ended up that he came back the same day and made the repair. Not only did they fix it, but they did a spectacular job of cleaning up after themselves. I would have never known that they had even been there. Despite the digging the rock looked undisturbed. My final surprise was that it only cost me $80.00. A heck of a deal for quality work. I'll be back.

They came over and did the work when they said they would. The price was the same as the estimate. They cleaned up everything when they were done working. I didn't even know that they were there.

This is the third time over the past couple of years that I have used Controlled Rain for maintenance on my aging sprinkler system. I phoned in the morning, and Ken arrived in about an hour. He repaired the two sprinkler heads I identified, checked the system, repaired two more heads that he found were defective, and reset the timer. He was on site for about 40 minutes, and the total cost was $79.00. Once again, quick response, excellent, friendly and professional service, and a very fair price. I cannot recommend Ken and his company more highly!

They did a good job, they were friendly. They came back out when we had a question and did not charge us. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

Excellent; called in the morning. Controlled Rain came out right on time in the afternoon. Diagnosed the problem then repaired and did this all in an hour. Very satisfied.

Their representative was a couple of minutes early and began work immediately. They examined the entire system and fixed a leak. They conducted a complete test of the sprinkler system. They provided comprehensive instruction on how maintain and program the system. Upon completion of their service and payment it was found shortly after they left that one sprinkler group would not shut off. After being called they returned immediately and began to troubleshoot the problem. They disassembled, examined and flushed three of the valves. They repeated a full test of the system and no problems were found. They again left and without any additional charges. Overall their performance was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Their charges were also very reasonable for the services performed. We would highly recommend their company to others and have already recommended them to one of our good friends.

The first time they came out it was to check our drip system and recommend repairs. When their man came, however, he simply repaired broken lines and charged us $75. I chalked it up to miscommunication and let it go at that. After I reported the miscommunication the company called me to correct the problem. Jason then came out and performed the previously requested service -- gratis. I was impressed by their devotion to superb service and will call them and happily refer them others.

Our initial estimate was 3,800, however after calling. Ken the owner came out and adjusted the price to $3,300 and said we'd get a better price for doing some of the digging. My husband dug the side yard which saved them one day of work. The end price was $2,500 and I was very happy with the work done. The group showed up on on time and responded in a timely fashion to our questions.

Excellent. I thought I was going to have to replace more parts (more $$) but Ken said it was not necessary. He showed up at our arranged time, job took about 20 minutes.

Woke up in the morning to find my backyard flooded and irrigation still running. I checked the controller and shut the program off but still water continued to flow. I called Controlled Rain at 7am and left a message. Within an hour, someone had called me and said they would be out to take a look at the problem and determine what needed to be fixed. Tom then called me an hour or so later and said that he would swing by and shut the water off (I could not figure out where the shut-off valve was). In the meantime, he called me back and said it was two valves that had gone bad and gave me an estimate on the work. He completed the work fast and when I returned from work I found the valves to be replaced and in working order. He also reset the controller to return to the program that I originally had scheduled. I was very happy with the work done and the price paid.
