They arrived on time and finished the project in two days. The block wall was curved and I thought they did an exceptionally good job constructing and finishing it. Not only were they the lowest bidder, I was also given the 10% coupon I found on Angie's list. It appears to be a small company because the Dave the owner writes the quotes and frequently checks on the progress of the project a couple times a day.

Quick response. The crew was very professional. They left the site clean each day. No debris was left. The end result is amazing! The patio looks like it did when it was first put in. You cannot tell where any flagstone was replaced or where the grout was replaced. The price was just as quoted and work was completed on time.

I had a really good experience with them. They were professional, they have competitive pricing, they were here when they said they would be, and it took as long as they said it would take. They are very reliable.

Dave was able to come out and schedule the job quickly - it turned out perfect.

I called and told them what I needed done and the person told me that their landscape designer was going to give me a call. When he did call me, after I explained what I needed and where I lived, he said that they do not do any work in Queen Creek. I was disappointed that I wasn't told that the first time I called. What a waste of time.

Dave is a great guy to work with on large or small projects. He has excellent attention to detail and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is pleased with the work. Can't say enough good things about Builders Choice. Wide range of services offering quality work for a reasonable price.

We got a couple of estimates and they were one of them. They were very prompt to give the estimate along with one more company but the rest of them never gave us an estimate. He came and removed the old fence section and cleaned it up. He laid out new fence section, re-stuccoed and then painted it. The insurance company covered the cost. They were very timely and returned our calls. They were very timely to come out and give the estimate. They came out on the time they said they would be coming. He had given us a really good price compared to others. He did an excellent work. He had to remove and install the wall. He had to come back to install the cap on the wall. It was a several day process but he did an excellent job of cleaning up the site. He cleaned it up from the street side so it never looked bad for the neighbors. The stucco had a specific pattern and now you cannot tell it?s a new wall fixing because it matches perfectly well with the rest of the things. We will hire him to do more fencing as we were pleased with his work.

My husband called the owner of Choice Builders, Dave, and made an appointment with him to come over and take a look at the area we wished to have a used brick planter wall constructed. Dave came over approximately 2 days later and said he could do the work (other companies we called wouldn't even consider laying brick because it is more time consuming than constructing a regular block and stucco wall). By the middle of the next week he and his 2 man crew showed up right on time and the crew proceeded right to work. They worked on the wall for approximately 10 hours and by the time they wrapped it up that day, the wall was half finished and looking better than we even imagined. They came back the next day and by the end of the day they were completely done, even sealing the inside of the wall to prevent water seepage. Our new garden wall is just beautiful and Dave's guys did a spectacular job. If I can take a picture of it soon, I would love for everyone to see it. Don't know if I can submit a picture after submitting a report, but I hope I can. We want everyone to see what quality work these gentlemen did.

I tried to call this company for an estimate on yard clean up and landscaping work. A week later I called him again about a price and he said he would fax it to me and he didn't. Each time I spoke with him, he kept telling me he would get me the estimate but he never did. After about 4 or 5 phone calls to him, I gave up. He wasted two weeks of my time and didn't follow through. I would not use him again ever in the future. Estimated cost was $10,000.

Work always completed on time and to budget. Everything was perfect!

WORK WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY & TIMELY & REASONABLY PRICED. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO OUR NEEDS & DID NOT TRY TO SELL US THINGS WE DID NOT WANT OR NEED. ALWAYS WILLING TO FOLLOW UP AFTER THE JOB TO CORRECT THINGS AT NO CHARGE.
