Excellent, he came the same day I called and arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was professional, competent, punctual and worked very quickly. Charged exactly what he quoted on the phone and also gave us the Angie's list discount. I have already recommended him to 2 other people. It's really nice to deal with the owner of the business.

He arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. He was done within an hour, and I had 8 copies of each key made (big family!) The price was a little less than the estimate. Cannot recall the guy's name but I think he was the owner. Professional, reliable, responsible, friendly, and helpful. I'm recommending him to everyone I know, and won't use any other locksmith in the Phoenix area.

Tom was able to fit me on on short notice. Was running late for our appointment however let me know in advance that he was running late. Was very professional and did a very nice job! I would recommend his services to anyone

He established an appointment time, then called to annouce actual arrival time.Punctual and with a pleasant personality, we found him to be fast, efficient and very professional. Will certainly recommend and will contact him only for our next locksmith need.

The whole experience was flawless. Tom called back as promised, showed up right on time and did an excellent job. He was very neat and cleaned up after the job was completed. The price was very fair and reasonable. If you need a locksmith this is the place to go.

The locksmith arrived on time. I was late, but he was very cordial about it. The price charged was exactly as quoted. Also, he was willing to offer me a lower cost solution that prevented me from having to install a new gate lock. This was a refreshing experience.

My sister-in-law was moving to Texas and my husband and I were designated to help her sell her condo. During the great key search, it was discovered that the security door had 2 locks and 2 keys. This in addition to two different keys for the other front door.

He was here for several hours. The price was reasonable for the time that he put in. He did a really professional job.

I called Tom on Monday and he came out Tuesday afternoon. He was prompt and courteous.

Quick, efficient, very reasonable. Arrived on time, quickly changed the two locks and showed me how to take out a third lock and take it in to the manufacturer to order a new one. I never would have figured that one out on my own. Very nice.

Perfect. They changed 3 locks and provided 4 new keys for a home I purchased. The were very professional, had all the tools and supplies needed (they also replaced a lock that had been drilled), they accepted Amex (some companies don't due to their higher fees) and they were fast. They worked on a Saturday, a day after I called them to schedule.

From the time I called the company they were very responsive. As a matter of fact, he offered me a date even before I could make it work with my schedule. I told him I needed early in the morning, and I was given the 8:00 A.M. slot, the first of the day. He was at my house 10 minutes early, and I wasn't yet home from taking my kids to school! He was great and waited for me. Then the whole job took less than 30 minutes. The re-keying came with 4 keys, and they were given to me on the same key chain. Very responsive, very quick service.

I called, and described the situation, the lock broken, not locked. At first he said he didn't have an opening for several days. I made an appointment. Not long later, he called back and said someone had canceled and how about right now? How long till he'd be here, I asked. About half an hour. I agreed. By the time he knocked on my door, he had already fixed it and gave me two keys. I received the twice the $5 coupon discount for my willingness to be flexible. (Quote was $65)

Great...called in the morning and scheduled appointment. He called back with a cancellation and came out immediately. Courteous, effective, good presentation and accomplished the task quickly and effectively.

Tom came when expected, he did the work quickly and cleanly. He even realigned the lock so that the door would close better. He changed the locks and handles on both sides of the door as we had switched to a different finish. We showed him the Angie's List coupon that we had printed out, but we did not receive the $5 discount. The price was the same one he had quoted us before he learned we had received his name from Angie's List.
