Perfect. Right on time and right on the money !

Tom did a great job. Did everything we asked and even made a few recommendations that we had him do as well. I felt the pricing was very reasonable for all the doors we had him rekey and replace with doorknob with a lock. If there is any needs for a locksmith in the future, Tom will be our only call to have the work done.

I called him today an he was able to come out a few hours later. He was right on time and called ahead. He was able to fix the locks keeping my existing keys. It took less than half an hour. Highly recommend.

He was very courteous, punctual and professional. I had him come three times over a couple of months because of new doors being installed. My only problem was that each visit was more expensive than the last even though the work was the same.

He did what we asked, he was punctual, and was in and out within 45 minutes. He was a quick and easy to use.

Spoke with Tom on 9/30 and scheduled service for 10/1 between 8-9am. Tom arrived shortly after 8am and he replaced my front door deadbolt within 10-15 minutes! His services saved me from having to locate replacement parts and/or having to purchase a completely new front door handle/lock system. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Everything went smoothly, got a call from the locksmith and we set up a date to do the work. We got another call the day of the service confirming the time. He showed up on time and did the work promptly and we are pleased with the service.

The guy came right out and everything was great. He was very good because he didn't try to up-sell us a whole bunch of stuff that we didn't need -we knew that we were going to have to totally re-do the locks but he just re-keyed them which saved a lot of money.

Very well, except people need to be told on the offer the rekeying locks is a separate charge on front and back for security locks.

All went better than expected. He was on time and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. I thought the whole lock would have to be replaced however he only had to replace the tumbler. In his truck he had everything he needed to address my problem, and by the looks of his truck almost any lock problem. I could tell that he really knew about all kinds of locks. I had expected to pay twice what he charged. I highly recommend him.

Tom arrived on time. Very pleasant. Very professional. He even had to adjust some of the deadbolts in the doorframes. He cleaned up all of the wood shavings, as well. It took him less than an hour to re-key all of my doors and gate. If I need services in the future, I will be calling Tom at Budget Lock and Key again.

Tom actually arrived a few minutes early, and once I pointed out the two locks that required attention, he set right to work. He disassembled the broken lock and replaced the malfunctioning parts, then quickly rekeyed my other deadbolt. everything was done quickly and quietly, and I was able to get on with my day much sooner than I had expected.

Thomas Console was able to service our doors according to our schedule, even though we had to change the date and time at one point. First time using a Angie's List vendor - FABULOUS! I called Thomas to see when he might have time to change out a lock that was frozen and install a lock on a storage door. He said he just finished a job in the north part of the city (30-40 minutes away) and could come right out. Not only did he come right out, he finished the job within 54 minutes of when I made the call!! He also made us 2 spare keys without our asking.
