The owner called me back within 15 minutes of leaving a message and was able to accomodate me within the hour. I was prepared to purchase a new front door lock but he saved me money by offering a better solution. He re-keyed all locks to be the same and was very prompt, friendly and courteous. You could tell by the way he tackled the job that he has many years of experience in the business. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs lock repair or re-key!

He was professional, very fast, and communicative. He called me first thing in the morning and was able to squeeze me in same day. Very honest and courteous. I was sincerely impressed with his professionalism.

Overall very smooth. Changed the gates and common area locks for the same key (7 locks in total). He arrived about 10 min. early and was done in about an hour.

I was very please with this company, and Tom even called me to see if I wanted the re-keying service done earlier as he'd finished his morning jobs earlier. He was on time, polite and got the job done in a very timely fashion. I originally asked to re-key 4 locks in a building I recently took possession of, but as I was walking through, I found total of 8 and he said it would be no problem. I've had locksmiths charge me far more for far less locks, so I was extremely pleased with Budget Lock.

Everything went smoothly with using Tom. He answered the phone right away and even took care of contacting my tenants to set up a time to come over since I live out of state. He charged 45.00 to come out and 8.00 per cylinder to be rekeyed. I also received a discount for using angieslist and i forgot to remind him but he remembered so it was 93.00 before discount. My tenants said he was ontime, professional and did a good job. I was also able to pay via phone with CC and he emailed me my receipt. A++, i will def use him again in the future. Thank you Tom.

I had another locksmith look at the door and they said it needed to be replaced because it could not be fixed. Obviously they were wrong and Budget Lock saved me some money and scheduled the work so it exceeded my expectation. They will be our first choice next time we need a lock smith.

They were wonderful. Their price was reasonable. I change all the locks when I move into a new house. The guy was out here in no time at all. I think he’s in Scottsdale and my house is in Phoenix. I was very happy. He was very timely and very professional. I think he came the very next day. I would use him again in the future.

My mother-in-law was in hospital and when he brought her back we noticed that my nephew had left the front and the security door wide open from the day before. There was a key in the security door and we couldn't find that. The configuration of the door is such that there is a special key that goes in there and if you drop that key you cannot use it to unlock any other door. It's like a little price holder key. We needed to get it and so we called them. I called charm who is truly my go to person when it comes to locksmiths and I can't think of anybody else. He has been our go to guy whenever we needed anything. He is fantastic. His price, punctuality, responsiveness and everything is just great. I hate to tell people how good he is because he would get too busy but he's just so good. It's hard to find a locksmith who is reasonable and trust worthy is a real find.

He was really good. I was really happy with him. He was very punctual and went out of his way to get here. He came right out the day that I called him. He did an excellent job. The price was reasonable for all the locks he rekeyed. He put some security tumblers on the front door. He was really nice and I had no problems. It was well worth the money. Tom was fantastic! He arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call and finished the work within a half hour. His charge was $55 which he discounted because of Angie's List! I have shared his name and phone number with several people because Tom has proved he is a professional who exceeds expectations of quality work and integrity. Even though there are locksmiths closer to my home, Tom will always be my first call when I need a locksmith!

First I searched Angie?s List of course, and then I gave my wife a couple possibilities. She called Budget Lock at 8:40am on Friday 23 July and got an estimate to re-key 8 locks in our just vacated rental home. It sounded like a very good price and so she made an appointment for me with Tom early the next day at 8:30am. On Saturday at 7:55am Tom called to let us know he was on his way. I arrived at 8:23 and Tom was waiting on me. To my embarrassment, we did not correctly remember how many locks we had and it turned out to be 12 plus a sliding glass door that we never even thought of, but which Tom pointed out to me thankfully. So 8 turned into at least 13 and I wondered if he would be able to do them within his allotted time. Tom said no problem at all. Obviously with his experience it was less of a surprise to him than it was to me. Then when he thought he was finished and gave me 6 new keys & the bill, I requested 10 ?Do Not Duplicate? keys which I thought he would have had made at the office and then send to me or I pick up later. But ?No problem? he did them right then and there. So, at least 13 locks (bill says 13, but I think he actually did more) re-keyed including at least 7 double-cylinder locks and a sliding glass door, all in a very short time including 6 new keys. $104. Plus $45 service call ? minus $5 Angie?s List coupon. Plus $29.96 for 10 ?Do not Duplicate? Keys @ $2.75 each plus tax. Plus excellent and friendly service. Total: $173.96. A better deal than we got last time when we had them re-keyed several years back, and that was a good deal at the time too. I can't think of anything that could be improved. Simply Awesome!
