They are great! They are very prompt. Sometimes they let me know that they can get to the job within an hour; they are very eager to do work. The approximate cost listed is for one property that had about six locks. We will continue to use them in the future.

Great! Tom came out the same day and did everything smoothly. He was in-line or below all the three other phone quotes that we got for the job and he could come out that same day.

Pleasant representative, quick to respond. Neat and clean. Came when promised. Assessed the problem quickly and performed the necessary alterations to the strike plates. Work was performed in a satisfactory manner. Came and went within 20 minutes.

They came out the same day and were really in expensive. He did extra work that he didn t even charge me for. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are very good and professional. They are able to answer any of your questions and really work with you on any problems you have.

The job was performed quickly and no problems existed after the fact. The invoice I was charged was for 4 locks and subsequently I paid the locksmith that amount. Unfortunately, I did not recognize the over charge until the locksmith had left the job site. As such, my cost per lock, plus the at home service fee brought up the cost of this mini-project.

Terrific! I found him in Angie's List, called and he was here within the hour. He was very professional, friendly and quick. I intend to use this company again when I have my new security doors installed (so they can be re-keyed to match my existing locks).

Availability, proximity. I'm impatient and always want workers to come out same day I call for service, but I realize this is unrealistic for non emergency work.

I called at about 9 for service and came at 1:00, exactly on time. Tom is very professional and friendly. He completed the work in about 30 minutes. He offered to replace a few screws because he thought that they were too short. He also made a few extra keys at no charge.

Tom showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly. He even helped me file down some strikers when the door latch/locks wouldn't slide in them easily. He was finished in under an hour. Highly recommended.

Got to my house early and I wasn't there. Called and asked permission to begin work without me. I said OK, when I got there a few minutes later he was halfway through the job. I accidentally broke a light bulb in the house and he helped clean it up! Polite, efficient & trustworthy.

Identified himself immediately and wore a shirt with his company name and the van was labeled too. Reviewed my lock situation and began work immediately. He was quick, clean, friend and professional. Not only re-keyed the locks but also made it so they worked smoothly. Took his time to do the job right but he was still quite fast. The best part was that he actually answered my call. I called several other locksmiths before I remembered I had a membership to Angie's List. I'm still waiting for those other guys to call. Don't need them now, the job was done and done right!

Great, upon calling for an appointment, Tom was actually able to come to my home prior to the needed time. He arrived at the appointment within ten minutes of the appointed time (had an hour open.) Was very professional, quick, and I would certainly use the services of this company again. Also, in preparing the invoice, he included the coupon discount, which I had totally forgotten about!
