The job took two men 2.5 hours. We were very pleased with the effort and the results and would recommend this company to others.

Perfect. The tech, Shane, showed up on time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have gone better.

I was not impressed. The price was excessive because they were only here for 15 minutes. The repairman was knowledgeable. I was confident in his work. I would only call them if I had to.

Came on short notice. Louie was very professional in his work. The grill looks like new and works great. Price seemed a little high, but I have nothing to base that on. The job did take 4 hours.

Fantastic!!! I will call Barbecue Doctor every year from now on to do general touch-ups on my outdoor equipment. The tech was so nice, professional and knowledgable. He even gave me a recommendation to combat my pigeon infestation! I am SO happy that I found Barbecue Doctor on Angie's List!!! Thanks for everything!

It went great!! Greg came on a Saturday (showed up right on time) and was only supposed to give us an estimate. He found the valves were bad, he had some on the truck and offered to replace them right away. Greg explained every step of the repair and did an excellent job. I feel that this business is honest, ethical and does the right thing. You can trust them.

This was a true transformation of an rundown unusable. These guys made it fully operational and look like new. I would recommend there services to anyone.

Looks almost new! We had originally called them because our igniters were not working. Come to find out that they were not broken and once the cleaning was done they worked just fine. I appreciated that they explained what sometimes happens to this part and didn't just replace them and charge me for it!

I will call them again when needed.

Pat, the owner of Barbecue Doctor, arrived on time. He promised to find the leak, otherwise the service call would be free. Pat found the leak, sealed the fitting (which didn't have the pipe sealant it should have) and replaced my regulator. I have a safe and functioning barbecue for $103 instead of having to purchase a new one for $1500!

Cleaned the grill and fixed the starter igniters and wiring.

I just bought a house and had a 3 burner gas outdoor grill that was very dirty. It was working, but it looked old and tired. They quoted me $170 plus parts for a 2 1/2 hour job to clean it up and the reviews here said they will "make it look almost new". Well, they showed up on time and worked hard, and my grill does look almost new! One of my handles was stripped, they told me the original replacements were no longer available, but they had a replacement knob that actually looked better, so I paid $30 for 3 new knobs and they look great. My only downgrade was he worked on the grill for 2 hours and 40 minutes, and charged me an extra $40 labor over the quote, so be prepared extra arbitrary labor charge. Overall I am very pleased with the job done, I don't feel the urge to shop for a new grill anymore!

Our repair person Greg arrived right on time and spent about 4 hours cleaning and repairing a 6 year old grill. It looks like new. We will definitely use their service again.

Louis tightened the igniter and shaped the nut so the igniter would not loosen again, replaced the flavor trays with an improved version, tightened the nuts on the two bolts, cleaned the whole thing and as an extra re-finished the badly faded wood handle.

He spent hours cleaning and was at it every minute. It was a dirty, messy job, and he just rolled up his sleeves and got after it. You might ask why spend over $400 to clean and fix a grill? Well, my Viking cost over $4000 new. To have it working like new again was money well spent.

I thought that i had to buy a new grill but BBQ Dr. came out and repaired my grill and cleaned it and saved m over 1000.00 for a new one! They did a great job, showed up on time and were very professional.

I would use the BBQ Dr. again. They were very professional and fair in pricing.

I discovered them three or four years ago and now use them every year. When I bought the house, the BBQ wads very dirty and the igniter didn't work. I think I paid $135 the first year and they replaced the igniter and made the 10 year old BBQ look like new (they suggested replacing the broken knobs and fixed a small propane leak in one of the burners. This year I emailed them to see if they could clean the BBQ before I returned to Phoenix for the winter. When I got here the job was done!

The vendor took a while to return my request for a quote, others responded immediately. So I graded a "C" on responsiveness. Their website says "No job is too small" and "We service all cities, towns and municipalities in Maricopa County. We also service selective areas outside of the county. Please call the office to see if you are in the service range. At times, during a slow period, we will go outside of our service range to perform a service for a new or potential customer. We like to help people solve their outdoor kitchen problems." However, a curt reply was sent back saying: "I am sorry for the inconvenience but even with six trucks on the road, we do not service the zip code of 85143. Also, I do not subscribe to Angie's List because I do not believe that somebody should add 10% to my price for not doing much. Regards, Barbecue Doctor Inc." Now, I know that the area I live in is a bit of a drive. That's why I specifically asked for any mileage or travel surcharges to be included in the quote. Additionally, I called Angie's List to confirm that companies are not required to pay to be on the website, only if they choose to advertise or offer coupons. I asked for a quote on a service and instead received an insult. In my opinion that's a "Fail".

They spend 2.5 hours just cleaning the grill so they could see what needed to be done to it, including replacing a few parts. After they left we found a few other things and they came right back at no charge.

I called them on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for Thursday. They arrived on time (actually a little early) and completed the job in a workmanlike manner. They carried a full line of replacement parts in their truck and had all the parts I needed. The barbecue looks like new.

Excellent job. Grill works great. Even fixed the rotisserie burner and replaced the starters. Will use them again.

The Barbecue Doctor was so friendly, effecient and nice to have at the house. Plus, all the cleaning and repairs were done quickly and there was no mess any where when he left. Our old grill looks and preforms like new.

The technician arrived on time and got right to work. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The job took approximately 3.5 hours, as the grill had been horribly neglected and was covered in grime. He took everything apart, gave all the parts a thorough cleaning, and put it all back together. The work area was left spotless and my grill is sparkling like new, inside and out. He also gave advice on use and maintenance. It is a job I never would have been able to do on my own, and I plan to use Barbecue Doctor on an annual basis to keep my grill in good condition.
