Too busy, they wont take on any new customers.

Barbecue Doctor does a wonderful job. With that being said they are scheduled out about 2 months in advance, so don't expect to call and get an appointment in the next few weeks, especially if you are a new customer! They just don't have the Techs to handle all the business they get and they would prefer to service repeat customers, which I find refreshing in the day of "New Customer specials and discounts for new people" They take care of the customers that have already used their services. I appreciate that very much! I don't want to have to find a new company when I am extremely happy with one I already use. They make the grill look and work like new (or close) and I am so happy I am their customer!!

Victor restored our bbq completely. It looks brand new. Wish I had before and after pictures to show the outstanding job. The Barbeque had traces of burn on the outside that could never come off..... with Victor they miraculously did. Thank you Barbeque Doctor!

Fantastic. He showed up on time, was very neat and took a long time to clean every piece of my barbecue. It looked almost brand new after he finished. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company again. This is a unique service, and it was well worth it!

The technician arrived right on schedule and did a fantastic job cleaning my grill that hadn't been cleaned in at least 5 years. He also cleaned and degreased my grill utensils. The grill looks like new now and is ready for a summer of heavy use. I really recommend this company for grill service.

Barbecue Doctor exceeded my expectations.

I booked them to arrive between 0700 and 0800, and the technician showed up a little after 0730. He was courteous and got right to work on our large grill. The grill had not been serviced (or cleaned) in over 9 years. He found a small leak, which he repaired, and replaced the gaskets on the grill. A little over 3 hours later, my grill looks brand new and it works like its brand new as well. Very happy with the service and quality of the work.

The grill which was very dirty and about 6 or 7 years old looked almost brand new after the service was completed. The service provider was friendly, cheerful, professional, and efficient.

They did a great job. Came when they said they would and did a great job. We have had the grill for a number of years and never cleaned it and it looks practically new. Would definitely use them again.

Have them yearly - my 10 year old grill still appears brand new. If you get your car washed and vacuumed - do the same for your grill. They work hard when here - show up on time - and leave the cleaning area spotless. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Our grill had not been cleaned in years, the paint was peeling off cover and the burners were plugged & the grates were well worn.The technicians were on time, knowledgeable and worked non stop the entire time they were here (in the high heat). When they finished the grill worked and looked like new. I was impressed with their knowledge and also that they didn't try to sell me replacement parts that I didn't need. I will definitely have them back next year. Everything about this experience was outstanding

Grill looks and works like new! Grill and cabinets below are rodent proofed with all the spaces being blocked so they can no longer enter. Rather than spend 3K - 5K on a new grill installation I am able to enjoy our outdoor grill for $300.00. Great job and no mess for me to clean up. Work area was clean as a whistle! On time, on quote, great results!

I purchased a new built-in gas bbq online, and bbq docs re-sized my outdoor kitchen counter to accommodate the new bbq. They took care of all aspects of the installation, including unpacking the bbq, connecting the natural gas line and regulator, testing the unit, and taking away the old bbq and all packing materials. Excellent clean up, Filled the drip tray with kitty litter and even gave me a new cleaning brush! On the fire pit, they cut the old lines to remove the fire ring, installed new piping and furnish a new stainless steel fire ring. They tested the operation and cleaned the area. Totally professional and punctual. Nice family run business who pride themselves in delivering great service at a fair price. Thanks guys!

It was done very well. We had let it go for so long that there was some burned on char that they could not remove. But I will call them every year from now on to keep it up. My grill is too expensive to buy another one.
