Description of Work: replaced auto lighter. cleaned out gas line for even heating. | |Reason punctuality is a "C" is the office sent him to the east side address vs. our west side address. Ended up over a 1+ hr away and had to drive across town.

Description of Work: We have a built-in BBQ grill that was here when we bought the house in 2011. It was very much in need of a general thorough cleaning plus we had noticed a slight odor of gas when in use. Contacted this company based on Angie's List reviews and were very pleased. The tech was on time, very friendly and very thorough in repairs and cleaning. No attempt to upsell. Grill looks great and works great. Would definitely recommend to others and also use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a used grill. It didn't work. Finally I called Barbecue Doctor and they fixed it. Turned out to be a very good grill. I enjoy using it.

Description of Work: Completely cleaned my BBQ and replace a valve. I am not sure of the date of service but it was near the beginning of summer.

Description of Work: The grill was thoroughly cleaned, but not fixed on the initial visit. When informed of continuing problems, one of the owners quickly returned and took care of the problem and now the barbecue grill looks and works very good.

Description of Work: I needed a minor repair done to my barbecue. A critter had chewed through the black connector cord. A new piece was installed. As they were already coming out, I had them clean my barbecue also. Excellent job! The gentleman worked hard and did an amazing job. The barbecue looks like new. The whole thing took a little less than two hours (I have a two burner model)and I was more than pleased. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: The owner came out and sent an price of the repair by e-mail.when we agreed to the price the were very prompt about repairing our gas grill and did a very good job. It looks and works like new.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate for grill repair and cleaning. They came out a couple of days later and provided a quote only for the repair. They did not charge for the estimate which is great. Another company I used charged a ridiculous $95 just to come out so I appreciated the free estimate from them. I then asked for a cleaning price which was given promptly via email. I then asked if they could do both the repair and the cleaning for about 10% less that the quote and they never responded. I don't know of they were insulted by me asking for a better price, but you don't know if you don't ask. They could have simply said that their prices are fair and non-negotiable, but simply not to respond is unprofessional. Additionally, they only accept checks for payment. This is a dated process and inconvenient when other companies can take any credit card on their smartphone or tablet. This company was strongly recommend to me by a trusted source and I was looking forward to their work; however, customer service was lacking and they have some dated payment options. I will look elsewhere.
