Our experience was good. Service was prompt and clean up excellent. The men work safely and quickly. We plan to hire them next year for tree trimming.

Jesse came out the next day as he said he would and took down a very large tree in my back yard and did an excellent job. He also honored his quote!

Everything about the responsiveness in calling, estimating and carrying out the actual job, no issues. Slight challenge with admin issues in getting the estimate and then trying to pay them on their online service, ended up paying in cash after a couple of days chasing it around.

I woke up on a Sunday morning to find one of our trees had fallen down. They came out right away and cleared it away at a reasonable price.

Very through and professional. Because of storm damage to many trees, they adjusted their schedule to get to our and our neighbors property the next day after the storm. And to start work right away so that we could get into our yard. They left everything very neat when finished and hauled everything away, so that we had nothing to clean up after they left. I will use them again to remove or trim trees. I would recommend them to anyone. They provide excellent service and they know what they are doing.

Jesse and his crew arrived right on time and performed the work quickly. They had my gigantic mesquite tree trimmed better than it has ever been and the tree is beautiful. Its like a giant bonsai tree, not one of those "poodle cut" trees that are trimmed into an ugly ball shape. The canopy was raised and also thinned out so wind can pass through easier, important for monsoon season. I'm more than pleased with the results!

I viewed this on line on the weekend and received a call from Jesse the same day, but wanted to review a few others first. I called him on Monday & was told he had an opening Wednesday. He asked me to email a picture of the tree to him, but I am not quite that tech savvy, besides I was not sure a picture or 2 would show just how much pruning was involved. We had this tree pruned just about 2 yrs before & it was much worse this time. His price he quoted was lower than I expected, they came, did the job, cleaned up, & I did not even have to leave work to be here. He emailed me the invoice & I paid online after the work was completed. Nice to know there are trustworthy people out there.

Jesse and his team were awesome. Had some weather delays as it is monsoon season and he kept me updated throughout the process. They took care of he tree and left the area better than they found it. Definitely would recommend them and will use Arizona Home Check in the future.

I was not home when the work was done. However, I thought that the company could have done more after the tree removal and stump grinding, such as scooping up saw dust and raking gravel.

Due to work overload because of monsoon storm, and their vehicle broke, took extra couple days to complete task. But they got it done in a reasonable time for us. I would use them again.

I have 7 palm trees: 4 small, 1 med and 2 tall (which I told Jesse on the phone and he didn't tell me there would be a problem). I waited home about 7 hours for him to give me a quote. He assured me he could trim 5 of the 7. I agreed to a price per tree that I felt was excessive ($20 more per tree than I paid last year) and 2-3 of the trees required very little effort, but I required the work done right away. I was not home when he arrived to do the work (and he did not call, even though I'd asked him to) and arrived home to find he'd only done 4 trees, with no note or phone call). When I called him back, he said his ladder wasn't tall enough. He did a good job on the 4 he did, but I still have 3 trees undone, and I'm now out of town, so not a satisfied customer. If he'd told me he could only do 4 when he came to give me the quote, I would not have hired him. His printed material shows a man doing exactly what I had needed, but apparently that man no longer works for him.

very fast & they cleaned entire area before they left

We have a 17 year old Mesquite tree and we normally have it trimmed once or twice a year. I've had the same arborist for the last 5 or 6 years. This year he doesn't call back from voice mail. I'm happy that I found "Home Advisor" through Google. A large branch of our tree had broken to the ground but still attached. It needed prompt attention It was Friday morning. I scheduled on-line for the earliest estimates. The best offers were Monday 11:00, 12:00, and 1:00 PM. I received a call from Jessie at Arizona Home Check LLC who came over on Saturday, promptly at the exact agreed upon time. We discussed the job and negotiated the price that was fair to both of us. Jessie showed up promptly at 7:00 AM Sunday with hist ruck, trailer and and full safety equipment to protect him from the 1" to 2" very sharp thorns. He worked diligently from 7:00 AM until Noon on Sunday completing about 75% of the trimming. Monday at 7:00 AM he showed up with two helpers to complete the trim and haul away the trailer load of cuttings and logs. They left the yard neat and clean and restoring our view of the McDowell Mountains. I would have given Arizona Home Check LLC six or more stars if available. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with Jessie's work ethic and talented tree trim.
