Arizona Tree Trimming and Removal

They didn't bother showing up on time. They demanded payment in cash prior to starting service. They trashed my oleanders in my neighbor's yard. They left soda cans and water bottles all over my yard in addition to most of the tree that they cut down.

If you like dealing with a business owner who tells you that you're wasting his time when you ask questions, is abhorrently rude and arrogant, doesn't honor verbal communications, and has excessive terms in their contract, then this is the one for you. He is not an arborist but says he is. He doesn't perform the work. The crew he uses cannot speak English and there is no way to communiate with them about the level of experience they have. The owner doesn't want customers to engage with workers at all. Stay away! Let us do the work. Don't ask questions. Don't even be home is better. The final clause in his extreme contract is: The signer agrees that they may lose significant rights, an open ended clause without explaining what the terms are. My guess is that's a way out of any disputed area. I hired him to do a job which I canceled but PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR because of the above. If reviews matter. Take this one at heart. If you do hire him, be sure you know what you're agreeing to, Get all pertinent information and communications in writing.

Buyers remorse. They did a good job on the tree, but one of their workers melted the artificial grass when they decided to put the gas blower down on it running. Now there is a melted patch in the middle of the lawn (a nice eye sore). No one from the company has replied to multiple calls and texts about the damage. They did bill my credit card in full. Upsetting that they canâ t take the time to offer an apology, or ask how to remedy this.

They did a nice job trimming the two trees. Cleaned up after nicely.

I was very impressed with Arizona Tree Trimming and Removal. They contacted me immediately on a Sunday and were at my home the next day trimming 3 very large trees. Their price was very reasonable! They did all the clean up and did a great job of that! Trees are beautiful!! I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them for future projects as well.

BUYER BEWARE, When confronted that the tree was hanging out into 1/2 of the street, Jesse was agitated. I asked why the tree was still looking like it needed a trim. He said that is the difference between light and heavy trim. Now he is paid, he tells me that. No mention of a heavy or light trim when I hired him, just lots of talk about all the wood he needed to remove. He told me to go ahead and write 100 bad reviews instead of returning to make it right. You need to cancel this guy.

I hired this company to remove an huge eucalyptus tree. The prices good and the crew was good I thought but did not realize to a few days later they damaged my neighbors property. I just received the quotes from my neighbor on the damage on there property for 5400. I called Jessie the owner to explain the situation and it needed to be resolved he started yelling at me and thought it was a different property. When I explain it was my property and my neighbor property that had the damage, he started screaming profanity at me Jessie stated he likes to be sued he has the best lawyer in the world and then hung up me!

Really great company to work with! Requested a few different quotes for palm tree trimming/removal on a Sunday afternoon. Jesse responded within an hour of my request and after sending some pictures of the palm trees, along with a few questions he was able to give me an extremely reasonable offer. He was able to have his crew come out that Tuesday. They showed up on time, were very professional and worked diligently to get all 5 of my trees removed. They even did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves as well. They were fantastic! I would highly recommend this company.

The three workers were on time and worked continuously for four hours. The cleanup was amazing, as it was a very dirty job with removing an old palm tree and large agave plant. Nice guys and the owner is easy to work with, as well.

This company was great, very fair prices and the workers were extremely kind to the point that they were concerned about if they were going to scare my horses. Would definately use them again.
