I made an appointment two weeks in advance and the locksmith showed up on time...very professional job. He took the time to explain the operation of the new combination deadbolt locks that he installed - even though we didn't buy them from him. He also surveyed the garage, etc. to ensure we were not overlooking any re-keying opportunities. I appreciated his thoroughness.

He showed up during the time he said he was going to be there. I showed him the locks that were not working properly and the locks I wanted changed. He went to work and came back in what seemed a few minutes with everything done and working properly. What took me a few hours to mess up he had fixed within minutes. I should have just called him from the start. No hidden costs, his quote on the phone was accurate. I am very pleased with the service.

It happened so quickly and without hassle I hardly remember. Locksmith did provide the added touch of stamping a "G" on the guest house keys. Nice touch.

I had four locks that I wanted re-keyed and he did them right away. He was very good.

Tech arrived promptly, I walked the house with him and pointed out all of the doors and work we wanted performed. I had to go to work, so I paid in advance (I would have preferred for him to leave a bill but I understand the need to get paid promptly, too). He left the new keys as requested in the contractor box, and all of the locks work great! He further advised on how to save money once the front door handle was replaced, which I appreciated. Fine work, fine company.

They were very professional. They can handle any of your lock needs. He provides a service where he will remove all locks off and have them re-keyed so you can use one key for all locks. I would absolutely use him again.

The locksmith arrived right on time. He re-keyed the lock, lubricated the lock components and ensured the lock was working optimally. Did a fine job.

I had contacted the company the day before and told them I needed the locks changed. An appointment was made for the next day. I was notified when the locksmith was on the way. There were many doors and locks that needed to be done. All the work was done professionally and completed to my satisfaction. I remembered a few days later that I had forgotten one of the doors and called again. They came out the same day. As it turned out the door I thought I had missed they had done already as they knew it would need to be done. I did find one additional one for them to do. Everyone was wonderful, on time, helpful and I would recommend them hightly to anyone needing work.

Arrived on time. Went right to work and finished quickly. I would use them again for any security work and intend to purchase a safe that they will install.

It was a good experience. They did what I asked. They were efficient and it worked out fine. I was happy.

Yesterday morning our back door would not open. It stayed locked even when we turned the unlocking mechanism. This morning I called Saguaro Lock & Safe at 8 a.m. for help. By 8:30 a man was here. By 9:00 he had fixed the problem, and had even improved the way the door closed. We were extremely impressed with the fast and professional service.

I liked their work and will use them again.

Closed on the house on Friday, called Saguaro Lock & Safe on Saturday at 9:30am to re-key about 16 locks, locksmith was at our door at 11:30am (just as they called to confirm they would be), done by 12:30pm. Very professional, good prices, would go with them again.

Good. They arrived before me and waited patiently, verified I was the owner of the property. Went through and did the work in a professional manner. Even helped me understand the programming of an electronic keypad on one of my doors. One thing I would have liked is, I bought some new door locks and they replaced the old ones and took them away. I would have liked to have been asked if it was ok they took my property with them.

Great! They came within an hour of calling them, it went super quickly. Locksmith was friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!

Found these guys on the Angie's List and gave them a call. The over the phone estimate was very fair and we arranged to meet within 2 hours of the first call. Work was done with quality and gusto.

The service technician was able to re-key all but two locks; one due to high humidity and the door being totally unable to open; and the other was due to a misaligned lock/gate latch that will need to be replaced altogether. The work took most all day, the technician was very professional and we are pleased. There was one lock that he mentioned was broken; and was going to try to find one in a catalog at his shop; we have not heard back from him on this yet.

Very efficient, personable gentlemen... would definitely recommend them... will use them when we move into our new house as well.

We hired a locksmith to re-key some locks. He was on time, and professional. He re-keyed, adjusted, and repaired some locks for a reasonable price. Nice work. I would hire them again.

WE GOT SEVERAL ESTIMATES. SAGUARO WAS DEFINITELY THE BEST PRICE FOR THE JOB. IN ADDITION, THEY HELPED US TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR PROTECTING THE POOL AREA. THE LOCKSMITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CLEAN. MY WIFE DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY HAD BEEN TO THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO GAVE US GOOD ADVICE ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE SECURITY OF OUR FRENCH DOORS.
