Description of Work: The front door lock did not want to function correctly and the service performed corrected the problem. the gentleman who came from Saguaro arrived when promised and was able to adjust the locking mechanism quickly and was courteous and professional. it was definitely a positive experience and I would not hesitate to call this company again!

Description of Work: Specifically Suguaro Locksmith is a delegating/dispatch system whereby when you call the number listed with Angie's , they call one of the locksmiths in their system. Then the actual locksmith calls you to set a time to come to your business. When the tradesman showed up that was dispatched by the system, he looked at the " problem" with lock on our back door that would not stay fastened when I closed and locked. When he brought me out to look at the problem, he had dismantled the entire lock and said that all of the tumblers were " worn out" he did not have the correct part to repair it then, but that he would look in their warehouse and would call me Monday ( it was Friday) to let me know what the price would be for the repair. On Monday, the dispatch person called metro say it would cost. $395.00. To put in a new lock. I said thank you, but no thank you. In the meantime we had called United Locksmith, who immediately came to my business; on a Saturday. ( this is a business that handles cash and we could not have a back door that wouldn't stay locked) United locksmith looked at the lock and door handle, and immediately determined that it wasn't the lock at all, but rather that the lock bolt that slides into the doorframe had gotten out of alignment and therefore was catching enough to keep it from slipping out of the slot in the doorframe. United lock charge me $75.00 for the repair! Honestly I dont remember if it was Acme or Suguaro was the fraudulent company
