We called Advanced Garage Door Service. Joel answerd the phone immediately, inquired about the problem. We had two different problems on two different garage doors. He arranged to come to our home the next morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly fixed both problems.

My door was really noisy and after they worked on it, it was really smooth and quiet again. They were good and I would use them again.

The estimator was prompt in coming out when he scheduled to provide the estimate and their price for the work to be done was very competitive so we decided to use them. I called to schedule the appointment and that process went smoothly as well. When I phoned they made an appointment for Thursday and I took a day off work to ensure I would be there when they arrived. They were supposed to arrive in the morning to do the install, instead I got a phone message telling me they were having issues but would make it to the house by 5:00 or 5:30. Instead they never showed up and never called back. I called another company on Angie's list and them came out and completed the work. Very unprofessional for this company to not show and worse not call back. I took time off to be there and all for not.

Joel is very professional, on time [called 30 min before arriving as requested], neat-cleaned up well after his work on my garage. Highly recommend him.

Called a different supplier on Angie's List but we were not comfortable with either the installer or price that was provided - $699 to replace the spring counter balance. We basically just got a bad vibe from the service rep. So I checked the Home Depot web site and found out that the parts were only around $100. So we called Joel and got a verbal price over the phone. He had an installer at the house the next morning as promised. The installer was very professional and did the work quickly and was careful to clean up after the work. He also provided a lot of helpful advice about how to maintain the system. Bottom line is that we are extremely happy with both the quality of the work and the price.

They were terrific. We had built a garage and we bought the four doors from them. They were wonderful. They were referred by a friend. They did a good job and they followed up. The springs were not for free. We spent maybe $150.00 for each spring.

The garage door torsion spring system was changed by, A1 Garage Door Service, a few days earlier. When the door was released for manual operation, it flew up. The door should be balanced. The Advanced Garage Door technician, Joey Batters, said that he could not adjust the door with the spring that was installed. If the force was left so high, the door could buckle and break. He needed to change the spring from two springs to one spring. I had this done and he made corrections to the rest of the installation. Now, my garage door works as it should. From my experience, I had the best and the worst Company work on my garage door. Advanced Garage Door Service has a "Super Service Award" from Angies list and deserves it.

The company responded on the same day I called to provide an estimate. A date and time was established for the work to be performed. They came on time and finished in the time they estimated. The installation looks very good. I am very happy with the results.

The garage door opener was not working. I called Joel on the 13th and he booked a time to come on the 14th. He came exactly when he said and inspected the unit and determined it could be repared. He repaired it on the spot and the cost was very reasonable. I would definately recommend him.

Arrived 20 minutes behind schedule, but called an hour earlier to let us know. It took them less than 30 minutes to replace the springs, test the garage door and do a preventative check up on the second door. Very courteous and friendly. He made sure I understood the warranty and gave us his card if we had any future questions. Would recommend and will use again.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with AGDS, and Joey in particular. On the first day, Joey gave us an estimate and said that he would be back the next day to repair the door. Although he was too busy the next day to come out, he was very professional and courteous on the phone and rescheduled us for the next day. On that day, he came out and did the work quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend contacting them!

It went very well, The repairman completed his work within an half and hour and explained clearly what he had done.
