My garage door tension spring broke this morning as I was getting ready to leave. Called Advanced Garage Door as it was a referral from a neighbor. A few hours later they were able to accommodate me and showed up right on time. Turns out the last company that worked on my door put in cheaper springs that were too light duty for my door. The tech had the proper larger springs on his truck and the job was completed in less than 45 minutes. Super fair price and correctly done. A Big thanks to this company.

He came out the same day and fixed the problem and reinstalled the panel. He did not try to up-charge us for a new panel or a new garage door. He is honest and quick.

New equipment installed is superior to old equipment, which was 11 years old (standard equipment when house was new); contractor was available for immediate response; installation was efficient and quick.

Torsion spring snapped on my door. I called and left a message in the morning and about 15 minutes later received a call back and scheduled an appointment same day late morning. The technician called when he was near and showed up at the time agreed on. The whole process to replace the springs and adjust the opener took less than 30 minutes. The price, the responsiveness and the professionalism was awesome. Highly recommend.

I called this morning hoping for quick service since a previous company stood me up last night. I spoke with Joel, the owner, who was professional and pleasant. Wonderful. We have been using this company for the past 10 years and always had good experience. This time the garage door made a sound as if it was falling too fast . I have called Advanced Garage door services at around 5 pm. Frank offered to come in early next day, but due to our work schedule I have asked if he could come in the same evening. He said he will be in between 7-9 P and arrived at 7 P, He checked the door and opener, found them to just needing adjustment and lubrication. We have not had the door maintain in over 4 years. As Usual we had a wonderful service and will call on them again, now yearly for maintenance.

Garage door torsion spring broke Sunday afternoon making it nearly impossible to open the door manually. Submitted a service request to our home warranty provider. Advanced Garage Door called early the next morning and arranged a late morning arrival. Joey and his assistant arrived on time. Courteous, professional and efficient, they repaired the spring in < 20 minutes. Would definitely consider Advanced Garage Door for future work, warranty or not.

Joel and Advance Garage Door Service are awesome. I actually wrote a review months ago, But for some reason it didn't post properly so here goes again. I bought a house with a empty garage no motor just the wood up where you could bolt the motor literally nothing else. I was really nervous what some of these people might try to charge me to get this thing functional. Joel came looked everything over didn't try to scare me into thinking it was a bigger job than it was and did an awesome job. He had to mount the motor to the wood blocks in the center of the garage then bring the wiring to the button to open and close the garage he also set up the sensor for it to know if anything is in the way. He worked on lining up the garage door the best he could considering the pavement isn't even where it sits. Ultimately by the end everything looks great and is very functional. With in like a month the garage door was stutter stopping and then going back up half way down. This was due to a bar that had already been installed was kind of warping it had nothing to do with joel. He offered to fix it for a good price when he came out for warranty work, But at the time it was so random it wasn't a regular thing and I wanted to save my money so I held off, But he upped the speed of the garage door and since he did that I have not had the problem. Basically he does great work and he stands behind his work. What more could you ask for? Thanks Joel and Advanced Garage Door Service for making my life a little more simple.
