I called Advanced very early in the morning and left a message. I heard back around 8 am; Joel said they could be at my house between 10 and 11am that same day. The technician, Joe, arrived at 10am. The job was completed by 10:30. Joe answered my many questions thoughtfully and completely. He also showed me how to lubricate my garage door and the drive system for the opener; and told me where to get materials. Great experience in little time at a fair price. What's not to like?

Arrived on time, helped with clean up (the original door had windows, before it was hit by car). removed all of the old parts and quickly installed the new door. Hauled off all the old parts and hardware. At one point the trash truck was coming down the street - he moved ours and neighbors can out so the trash truck could get at them. New door has nylon wheels (as opposed to steel) and makes about half the noise.

Called late Monday and by noon Tuesday service was competed! Prompt, professional and reasonable cost . . .I would highly recommend using this company.

Company came out when they said they would. Installed new garage door opener and programmed universal controls for both doors. They work great. He was very helpful with existing opener and answered questions.

These guys are great. I called four highly rated garage door contractors, and Advanced garage door's quote was lowest, all things equal. I called them Friday afternoon, and I had the openers installed by noon on Saturday. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent! This was a rush job, less than 24 hours from initial call to the work completed. The new door looks great, and they even adjusted the mechanism so it's much quieter. An awesome job, and I'll definitely call them again!

Perfect! I phoned and I believe the owner answered and said he would be out in two hours. He arrived exactly on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. The sensors were not aligned and he even showed me how to fix so not to call for repair in the future. He cleaned the unit and applied lubricant to all springs. I only wish everyone was this nice and cared about doing a great job and providing nice customer service!

My garage door had been broken for some time and I knew I needed a new opener. My handyman came to install it and realized that the springs were also broken and he suggested a garage door specialist. I called and within an hour Tim came to make the repairs. He fixed the broken springs and installed the new opener, as well as programming my car. When he left the garage door wouldn't close all the way but after a phone call he returned immedialtely to correct the problem.

The service man sent to us was very professional and helpful. He advised me about garage door maintenance and checked the balance of the door. I thought the spring would need to be replaced and I learned some valuable lessons about maintaining a garage door here in the desert.

Extremely professional, friendly and timely. They were very honest and the gentleman who did the actual work took pride in doing a perfect job. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company. There was no hard sale job. They were very happy to just repair existing garage door. We opted for a replacement door with windows on the top and insulation. It looks great and the insulation works well too (garage door west exposure).

I chose them because of they were rated strongly here in Angie's List, they were competitive on pricing, they offered Saturday installation, and they could come that very next Saturday. The service guy actually arrived early. He was friendly and courteous. He described what he was going to do and about how long it would take, and everything he said ended up true. The extra services of lubricating the wheels and springs of the garage door, and programming the built-in remote in my car were all extra and unplanned, and were done for no extra costs.

Arrived on schedule. Work completed.

I called on Sunday around noon expecting to leave a message so I would get a return call to arrange a service call during the week. Instead, Tim answered the phone and said he would be over in one hour. He showed up, explained what needed to be done and quoted a fair price. He then proceeded to do the work and I only wish every AZ contractor was this prompt, polite and good at what they do.

Joey arrived right on time. He took a quick survey and immediately started going to work. I have never paid anyone to do anything for me but this is one job that I knew better than to try to tackle. Now that I have witnessed someone do it, I'll still pay to have it done again if ever needed. He worked at a brisk pace but took time to answer any question I had. He was very friendly, very professional and off to his next job before I knew it. I just wish I had more cash on hand to tip him better than I did. You can't beat this place so stop looking and pick up the phone.

I am so pleased with him, because he dint try to take advantage of me. He was able to help me get a second hand garage door to save me some money. He worked with me so well, and I felt he didn t charge me enough, because he was so good and helpful. He runs a wonderful company and is so polite I am happy with their service and will defiantly use them again and recommend them. My door is as good as new for an excellent price and works perfectly I have not had any thing wrong with it at all.

Advanced Garage Door's techs are top notch. Their office staff is great to work with. They were in and out in a timely manner, and the price was right.
