Rio Electric responded right away to my concerns that the advertised install was for incandescent can lights and not LED units. Their responses were polite and understanding that I could not afford the additional cost for the lighting I wanted.

Josh and Beto arrived on time, were personable, and considerate with installation and clean up. Josh made valuable suggestions (I've been through remodeling before!). Appreciated his input.

He came and did a litter research and asked a couple questions. He figured out that the room was on a daisy chain and he figured which outlet had the problem.

Rio Electric did a great job installing my TV Mount & TV and installing boxes and lighting fixtures. I purchased another Big Deal that they were advertising because I trust their professionalism and expertise.

- The initial phone call and quote went very well. They were very helpful in providing options and recommendations and scheduled an appointment very quickly. - Called the night before to confirm appointment - Team showed up right on time and was very professional. They helped with recommendations on placement of lights and installed on a bit if a tricky ceiling. We were included and advised on every step of the process with our options pointed out such as best area and positons of lights, etc. That made a big difference as we hoped to receive some expert help. - The team vacuumed, cleaned and moved furniture back in place. Spotless? you?d never know they were there except that for the beautiful new lighting system! - Many little things make a big customer service difference. Very courteous, friendly and made you feel good about the decision you made to go with their company. We highly recommend Rio Electric.

Everything went well and I really liked them. I spoke with Ryan and he was very professional and punctual. He did extra work for me that was well priced and I would definitely use them again. They were easy to schedule with and they came out when they said the would.

Originally I had wanted two electrical lights and GFI plugs in my bathrooms. I was told I needed to take the wall down to the studs to wire in the new plugs and lights. I was told that I needed a new fuse box for the amps to run a blow dryer. So I had a second opinion and purchased Angie List Big Deals for a contractor to do Bathroom remodels instead. A month later after I purchased a new ceiling fan for the living room, Rudy called again. He was calling to make sure my coupon did not expire. We arranged for the install of the fan to an existing living room switch. We agreed on a spot wide way between the front door and the heater duct for good ventilation They brought in a new switch and ran the wires through the concrete block walls and ceiling. They made a small hole at the top of the cement wall and ceiling to run the wires. Rudy supplied a new brace for the fan so total supplies were $25.00. It took 3 hours total so I paid $125.00 for the first two hours and $75.00 for the 3rd hour of labor. I paid by check. I will have to get the hole (cut out) patched with drywall. My son wanted to add the blades himself to make sure the fan was balanced . The fan runs great. It was the floor model from Hunter Douglas with antique glass. SInce my house is older Phoenix construction out of cinder block, I will call their company again.

I was suppose to be his last appointment, but he finished an appointment in the early morning and called and asked if he could come early, which worked better for me. Very professional and did a great job.

The installer showed up within the estimated arrival window and was pleasant. He seemed knowledgeable and got right to work. It took approximately an hour to install. There were some issues (probably with the original wiring) but he wasn't able to do a finished 100% workable dimmer. It works but only from one switch, not from either switch. He reviewed my other electrical issues and said someone would email me an estimate in 1-2 days. I received the estimate in about 5 days. The estimate seemed to be high on some items and low for other items. Overall my experience with this contractor was fine. My biggest issue was with the scheduling of the appointment. This was a Angie's List deal--1 hour electrical service for $29. They were suppose to call to schedule the appointment within 2 days. It was almost a week. I did receive an email about 3 days after purchasing the deal letting me know they had received my information. It was almost 2 weeks after that before they came out to do the work.

They were great. We discovered after he arrived that the boxes that help up the light had been broken when the builders installed them. He didn't have any on hand so he actually when to Lowes to by the parts then came back and fixed them. Very nice gentleman, on time, awesome quality of work. Would recommend this company to anyone.

They performed all the above functions in less than 1 1/2 hours which I appreciated, saved me a bunch of money. Would definitely use again, in fact they will be installing the a new tv and sound system after the first of the year, instead of the company bought TV from. I took a chance on them with an Angie's list special deal and they hit a home run. It's good to know that I now have an electrical repair company that I like for one but more importantly TRUST, to do the job and do it well and at a fair price. That service was fine. There were few major things that I needed them to figure out, but they couldn’t. They were able to replace a can light that had fallen in my master bath. They worked with some lights. They got my garage door lights working and my kitchen lights as well. They did some other electrical work too. Two electricians came out and they stayed for 4 hours each. They were very nice and I wished I could give them a B+.

I thought I had a wiring problem in the garage and was very concerned however they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and got right to the issue with three of the lights. They also checked out the outlet in the back and had confirmed it was working. They brought all the necessary replacement parts and were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors (which I already did), friends or anyone who would ask for an electrician.
