I have use Rio many times. The guys arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They installed 2 ceiling fans and 2 smoke detectors and a LED ceiling conversion kit. What impressed me more is that I received a call the evening before from them asking about the details of the job. He said that the job would take over and hour but would charge me the rate that I got on Angies list. I liked that call. In the future, I will definitely use RIO in the future.

I like using the provider. They did come out on Saturday and provide great support and installment of products. The pricing however was confusing based on the work I needed done. The only suggestion I have is to have the work written out with the estimate and the deduction of the coupon purchased.

Showed up right on time. Very courteous. Was a bit nervous because we wanted the fan to go right over a pool table and I didn't necessarily want a ladder on there; however, the ladder they used cleared the table easily. They left my house clean and did the work at a great price.

I like them too. They even did extra and put extra light bulbs in for me.

Went well from start to finish, options well explained.

I had Ryan install a ceiling fan a couple of months ago and he did a very nice job, so I had him back for this project. Ryan's first visit was to discuss options for the electrical wiring and lights. He gave me estimated prices based on 2 options and explained how it would look. He came back yesterday to do the install. Ryan is very good about trying to explain options for projects, how it will look and estimated prices. He wants his customers to be happy with the finished projects. That means a lot to me. Ryan did the installation and even cleaned up the area when he was finished. Ryan is pleasant, friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

I had purchased the two hour labor package from Rio Electric. I had a few interior outlets, a ceiling fan and an exterior outlet that was working properly. Ryan, our electrician, arrived early to our appointment. He listen to my concerns and was to identified the problem quickly. He replaced the faulty outlets and discovered that the ceiling fan had a faulty sensor. He allowed me to run to our local building supply store to pick up another ceiling fan. He was able to complete all the repairs within the two hours I was allotted. I was very pleased with Rio's electrician s, especially Ryan, and I plan on using Rio for my electrically repair needs.

I can't say enough about Ryan. He is a true professional and willing to walk me thru my mess ups. He is great.

He showed up promptly as scheduled to do the original $49.00/hour service I had paid for to add the additional wall lighting switches. I was impressed with Ryan and realized and after some brief conversation, I realized I knew his extended family who were long-time residents in the Mesa area. That helped me to feel comfortable and he also seemed very knowledgeable and professional in his work. I discussed the limited lighting in my home and he offered some solutions. I had him give me an estimate what it would cost to do the additional work we discussed. I felt his estimate was fair for the amount of work he would be doing. He came a few days later with his brother-in-law. They worked hard and had all the installation for the new wiring and switchplates in the family room, plus all the old lighting replaced with new LED lights and added several additional LED lights as well. Wow! It was much brighter and he was exactly right in what he recommended. It did the trick! I am totally happy with the work that was done. It was done in a timely manner, professionally and with a fair price. I would use Rio Electric again and highly recommend them to others.

Ryan and his assistant did an excellent job. Ryan is a very experienced and knowledgeable electrician. He did a perfect job from start to finish. They also vacuumed up some ceiling insulation that fell down during the installations. Ryan is a great communicator, was on time, and is very professional. I was very happy with his service and will definitely use him and his company for all my future electrical needs.

I'm very happy with the services I got from Rio Electric. I talked to Ryan on the phone to get an estimate and scheduled the job for the following week. I had a few questions before he came by, and he got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. On the scheduled day of service, Ryan and his helper showed up right on time. If I need more electrical work, I will definitely call him again.

easily fix my issue. But instead he told me how to fix it. It completely caught me off guard. But, I did what he told me and I was easily able to fix the problem. I know they never came to my house but his actions have earned them a client forever. I will definitely call them first is I have any electrical issues or projects we need done. Good. They did what we expected. They gave us an estimate on what needed to be done to install an outdoor ceiling fan. I will have them back to replace some light fixtures an to install the outdoor ceiling fan.

We took advantage of their 4 cans and a dimmer installed for $295 special. They arrived on time and took less than two hours to remove the old light fixture and install six recessed cans with a dimmer switch. It should be noted that we opted to have two additional light fixtures installed at the regular price since they were already here. I had to patch the ceiling where the old light was removed but knew that ahead of time. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to take advantage of their special deal again.

The service was fine. The guy did a very good job. He spent his time here well and the quality of work is excellent. It was labor intensive and very difficult but they completed it with a very good skill. Their price seemed to be reasonable.
