Added bonus of interior and exterior price estimates for additional wants 'upgrades to bathroom light fixtures, upgrade electrical outlets, kitchen recessed lighting, outdoor lighting fixture, and garage lighting. I am a new homeowner with no background in home improvements. I am a number cruncher by trade. Ryan explained everything in detail, mentioned price estimates - I am more than pleased with the competency of work, professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality and willingness to explain and walk me through everything. I also want to add that my house has a few light switches with fan and light - I had no clue what light fixture to buy- Ryan was able to accommodate me - he had the supplies in his truck! Description of Work: He repaired the front porch light and replaced the bulb. He also checked on inside wiring and a ceiling fan that will be installed at a later date. He replaced light switch. He did everything that I asked and provided good information on my wiring and circuit breakers. | |He was actually able to come early. He called first and that worked out for us.
