Went fine. Unfortunately company had some vehicle trouble that day but still managed to show up and preform work in time I was quoted.

It was an excellent transaction and the guy was really nice and helpful.

Doug called while en-route and gave me expected arrival time which was exactly at the appointment time, great start! Arrived, I showed him a video of what was happening, he was professional and pleasant. He inspected, lubricated and adjusted and then it closed and opened properly. He explained the adjustment might work for a while or might not and I should consider replacing the door as he showed me where two panels of the door are bent and the roller is not straight. Door is 25 yrs old and replacement panels not available. I asked for a ball park figure on replacement which he gave me and I felt in no way pressured nor did I feel he was trying to up sell. He gave me the information and he pointed out the damage and what to watch for. It is still working properly two months later and will definitely consider having him do the replacement when the time comes.

I cancelled the service and did not use this vendor. However, I would use another time if I could order parts in advance.

Took a couple of trips to get the right opener. Have not heard back from them since my last emails,l as there is still work I want finished.

OK. Moved shortly afterwards so no way to know if there were any problems or needs later.

He came right out. Our door almost fell off. Price was average. I really didn't call anybody else. He was out here in minutes. He was a nice guy.

Well big waste of 30 bucks guys was there for 5 minutes sprayed some lube little bit grease on opener that was it big waste of 30 bucks.

The tech replaced all of the garage door rollers (8) and sprayed them with lubricant, then tested the door to insure it was working well. He also mentioned that my door spring would need to be replaced soon.

I would not hire this company again. The serviceman was arrogant. He said I needed a new garage door opener. I called a different company who came out. They tightened a switch. Then the garage door opener worked fine. In other words he was trying to take advantage of me.

Great - did not try to sell me anything extra. All went well.

My garage door had been sounding very loud upon lift and lowering. I ordered the 23 point inspection and tune up thinking it would make a difference. Shawn came out and sprayed the rollers and hinges with a can of garage lube in less than 5 min. (It was actually closer to 2 because I set a timer and showed him.) He said the next step would be to replace the rollers for $89. I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid $29 for less than 5 min. service. Doug the owner called me that evening and I explained my concerns to him, also. I feel I was overcharged for the service. Today, the door is still very noisy so I called Doug again and asked him if the $29 could be applied towards the $89 to replace the rollers. He said that was basically advertising for Angie's and they don't make anything, so the answer was 'no'.

Very very well. He gave good advice on upkeep of rollers etc and did not have right bottom strip and made a second trip to replace with right one.

The vendor was able to do the work on the same day that we contacted them. The work was done in a professional manner and we have had no issues with the door ever since.

The tech was on time, friendly and professional. Got the job done quickly and correctly. No complaints
