Installation was simple, quick, and educational. I asked LOTS of questions. Doug was extremely patient and answered every one of them. He even went above and beyond and programed my vehicle to the garage door. I’m very happy with My Garage Guys! Great customer service, would highly recommend.

I originally signed up for the $29 special but when Doug, the owner came out he found the door needed more than just a tune-up. He explained everything to me including showing me why the cable and rollers needed to be replaced. My garage door is very quiet now and I'm glad I chose his company to come and inspect the door. It could have become a potential safety issue if I let it go longer without an inspection. Doug was on time, is very friendly and answered all my questions.

It went very well. I'm pleased with the service and the product.

Very well. Mr. Dickey, performed the inspection, tuned-up our door and opener; and lubricated the springs. We have not had any issues with the garage door sticking since the service was done.

The tune-up was pretty quick, and it was a great price. The serviceman wasn’t very friendly though. A friendly attitude is always helpful.

It went great, called up and after describing the issue he suggested a quick fix I could try myself. I went out and tried it and my garage door is working perfectly. Thank you for the assist and not coming out for a quick fix and charging when all that was needed was a tip on the phone!

Was disappointed! He said that he would adjust the door so that it doesn't slam onto the concrete while closing due to a bad installation of a new opener, not Angie's List provider. And he charged me half the price of the voucher, which I paid and then got a refund for the voucher. Garage door still slams somewhat!

One door was a little mousey but they came back, lubricated the springs and all is good

Door noise decreased considerably after their tuneup.

All the rollers needed replacement and they also reinforced the door because of a small crack. The work was completed on the spot and done well. Although I wasn't looking to spend an extra $400 that day, I knew my door needed some TLC and the price was appropriate for the work performed. I will use them again!

My Garage Guys arrived on time and at my request installed a new garage door opening system at a fair price. I am most pleased. The service person was most professional and provided the additional service as requested. I have been unable to open the garage door with a remote control. The issue was determined to be a defective board the manages the operation of the garage doors. Appreciate the service.
