Description of Work: In the end they lubricated my garage door. I was pleased with their policy to send a technician free of charge, and they did provide me with an appointment that same day which was very convenient. The tech was on time, polite and gave answers to all of my questions. He wasn't really sure of the solution to recommend for my door that was inconsistently bouncing back. It could be the rollers, or the spring or the motor, or the door. They were all fine but "on their way out". I could do nothing or everything. I guess I was expecting a definitive answer. In the end I chose the cheapest option, to lubricate the door which has seemed to help, and monitor the situation. It wasn't poor service, but I can't say it was great either. I think the best description I can give is "meh"
