Description of Work: Last year My Garage Guys replaced everything but the door (20 years old). Everything worked great but it started getting noisy so we took advantage of their $40 maintenance special again this year, which was paid thru the Angies List ad. We were concerned that some of the parts may not have lasted, but all we needed was a good spraying with lubricant. The spray has a strong odor that took a couple of weeks to dissipate, but the door is quiet and continues to work great.

Description of Work: They came to our house to "repair" our garage door. 2 months later, our garage door wouldn't close and they wouldnt do any emergency call without charging us another $100. AND the customer service was terrible, they were so rude! I had to have someone else come out. Low and behold, the rollers they placed intially were too big for the door size we have and they also placed the wrong springs. The springs were so tight, the door couldnt close even manually. The springs and the rollers were yet again replaced by another serviceman with the RIGHT ones and now no more troubles with our door. Would NEVER recommend them.
