This failure would not allow us to program your keypad. I also see that you opted not to repair the issue which in turn gave us no option but to not proceed. Description of Work: My garage door seemed to be sticking and needed to be looked at as well as possibly needing to replace my garage door opener. So for $29 I figured why not have it looked at. Then my opener decided to act up so when Sean the tech showed up we went to the Home Depot near my house and purchased a new opener which he then installed right then. I'm very happy with both the new opener and the work as performed. I ended up paying over the $29 due to the installation but it was worth it not to schedule another appointment.
