Description of Work: Came BEFORE estimated time. Took tech (1) minute to find problem with door sticking and found some bad rollers. Fixed door and then replaced bad rollers. Was done before I could offer him some water...hahahaaa Nice tech...verrrrrrrryyyyyy professional! Will be using company again in the future.

Description of Work: I bought the 23 point inspection for $29. John was pleasant when he came out, but my husband said he was only there for 10 minutes and he did not think he actually did all 23 points. He did not look at the motor which my husband was concerned about. He did lubricate many of the moving parts and it is not as noisy now as it was. However, my husband said he could easily have done that himself.
