Performed work quickly, gave us info re regular maintenance of garage doors (how to do it, what to watch out for). My garage door doesn't groan and creak anymore when I open it, and the serviceman also identified an over-tightened belt on our electric opener and loosened it a touch so that it's now quieter too. Very courteous and professional, and the Big Deal price was reasonable.

I bought the $99 lube & tune special, but was aware the system was nearly 20 years old and probably needed repairs/replacements. I was promptly contacted to make the appointment and Jeremiah, one of the employees, arrived on time. He was courteous and as he found issues that I pretty much expected, he was good at explaining what needed to be done and the cost, as well as with answering any questions I had. He let me know what was more important to do sooner and what could wait. I opted to get everything taken care of, as the pricing seemed in line with what's out there. They did give me a break on the cost of labor, $75 instead of $150, which seemed a nice thing to do. The owner, Doug, arrived at one point and helped out, and was also pleasant. The work was done efficiently and they were good about cleaning up.

My garage door clunked loudly and I noticed the special offer on Angie's list: The service responded same day and scheduled me per my request for the following day. The service guy was on-time, knowledgeable and courteous. The rollers, bearing plates and spring was replaced along with repositioning the gouged rod. The home was built in 2004 therefore the spring was way overdue. Parts and labor are warrantied and we are pleased with the service performed. I was able to research the parts and repair cost on-line and the price seemed fair.

Because I had previously had a great experience with Jeremiah (My Garage Guys technician) when I purchased a garage door opener a year ago, it was an easy decision to use them again. Jeremiah was once again very professional while being personable. He was on time, worked very diligently in our crazy heat and kept me informed of his progress. Thank you!

The overall repair took 15 minutes. my garage guys were out within 2 hours of me calling. the diagnosis on the garage door was only a couple of minutes. the technician was easy to deal with, unlike a company I dealt with in the past and the pricing was reasonable for the work performed. I highly recommend this company.

I called MGG at 10 AM and Doug was here by 2PM the same day. He quoted me for the work I needed and was done within an hour. Great service and a good company.
