My Garage Guys

Jeremiah arrived ten minutes early and went to work immediately. He showed us why we were having trouble with one of the garage doors. He installed a brace on that door and then checked over and lubed both doors. Now they work well and quietly. We had hired the company to check those two doors for the Deal price of $40 each. The additionall $131 was for the repair. We asked Jeremiah if he would also service the RV garage door for $40. He said "Yes" and started looking it over and telling us how the 14ft door could be better, but it would be expensive. When we told him we don't use it often, he recommended that we use it until it doesn't work anymore and then fix it properly. He didn't charge us for his advice. We appreciated his candidness. We would definitely hire The Garage Guys again.

I talked to the provider on the phone a couple of times. Although, he did not provide any services, he was very responsive and answered my questions.

Went very well. Came on time and as expected. Found another issue with garage door and demonstrated that the issue did indeed exist. Offered a fair price to do additional repair on the spot. Pleased with the service they provided.

Jeremiah explained I needed a new garage door as the existing equipment which was installed 3 years ago was not designed to operate the heavy older door which was not replaced 3 years ago. He also explained if I was not ready to replace the door he could change out various parts to make things the door work better. I decided to save for a new garage door to be installed sometime in the next few months.

I had them come out to install a new garage door opener. Jeremiah told me that the motor was fine and that he could save me $200 by replacing the rollers. My garage door opener runs as good as it did when it was installed 16 years ago. I highly recommend My Garage Guys!

I called Doug (owner) at 5:15 PM on Friday night. He arrived at about 7:15. He quickly diagnoised my problem, quoted the job, and had it completed in short order. I was impressed with Dougs' professionalism and what appeared to me as quality workmanship. I will not hesitate to call him again for any other garage problems in the future and heartily recommend him to .friends, fanily, and others.

I was very happy with the young man who showed up to do the work. There was no pressure to buy other services, although I had them change the springs on my sons advice. Will definitely use this company again.

They were excellent. I would specifically like to say that the tech who came out, his name was Jeremiah, he was phenomenal. He didn't try to upsell. I knew that there were already problems with the garage door and he pointed out things and was able to explain what was wrong with it and he even demonstrated why it was wrong. He pulled the safety latch and explained why the door was falling the way it did, so I wound up having him replace the spring and a couple of brackets. After he had taken it apart, you could clearly see that there was one pair damaged but he was able to spot it pretty much right off the bat. To somebody else, they wouldn't have known but he really knew what was going on. The price was totally well worth it because I discussed with him how much it might cost to replace the garage door after that, he quoted me like $550 where I had another vendor come out before and said it would cost $2000. I think these guys really know what they're talking about.

I bought the $40 tune up and it was worth it. They balanced the spring and straightened the door. Nice job, nice price.

I was having a problem with my garage door opening consistently. I would have to press the remote mulitple times to get it to work. Unfortunately, I could not get the opener to repeat that while he was there (isn't that how it always goes). But, he told me to call him on the same ticket if I have an issue later. He was courteous and explained what he was doing. Told me that I should replace my rollers sometime in the future, but did not force them on me. He adjusted the interference reaction of the door. It took too much force/action to make it stop and go back up. After he adjusted it, it worked much better.

After I purchased the offer through Angie's List, "My Garage Guys" responded the same day to make an appointment for service. They performed maintenance on my garage door and replaced the rollers with upgraded rollers as promised. They found one other item and suggested that I have the rubber seal on the bottom of the door replaced. They did not find any other repairs needed after thier inspection. Many of these low cost maintenance deals are a ploy to "find" more service and parts to sell to the owner. That was not the case with "My Garage Guys" - I will use them again if and when I need repairs or service.

I was told that they would arrive between 12 and 2. They arrived at 12:20 pm. Work was completed within a half hour. It was done efficiently. Door works perfectly I am considering them for regular maintenance on my doors.

My Garage Guys were great. Appointment was from 12-2pm on a Saturday and they were there promptly at 12:00. I have some wiring problems and my sensors aren't working properly. Technician reviewed the entire system, attempted to get it work several different ways. Ultimately, they weren't able to solve the problem that day, but they gave me valuable information that will allow me to fix it myself. Technician then gave my garage door a tune-up and was on his way. Very courteous and professional. Would use them again for sure.

It was fantastic. I paid a little bit more because he ended up doing something else. I was just very impressed with him as an individual. I had a chance to talk to him for a little while and he was very knowledgeable and he has made some recommendations on some additional work that we're going to need and why. He can already show me the damage that it was causing and stuff like that. He was really good about it's not something he had to do right away and I had some time. It wasn't a big sales pitch. The price was very reasonable. It was better than I expected. They were very responsive. I am planning on using them again in the future.

I called on Saturday morning early and they were able to come out that day to give me an estimate. The job was completed a few days later. The employee was professional, punctual and cleaned up the site after the work was competed.

It was pretty good. They came out within a week of purchasing the deal. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The price was worth it for what they did.

The original appt. was for late Friday afternoon. After testing the unit and determining the problem, it was too late to get any parts because the warehouse was closed. If the logic board was replaced, it would require also replacing the hard-wired opener, the vehicle remotes and the keypad, the cost of which made no sense for such an old unit. Jeremiah made an appt. to return Monday afternoon at which time he installed the new opener, new rollers, and all the assorted add-ons. The height of the door needed adjusting because it was rubbing and he took care of that. He was neat and picked up any trash from the packaging. It always amazes me that one person can install/repair a garage door without a helper.The only disappointment was that the serial number, which is required for the warranty, was neither written on the receipt or left with my paperwork, meaning someone has to climb on a ladder to read it from the unit.

They came out a week after I purchased the "Big Deals" and they were excellent. They were on time and they were very professional. They did an excellent job and told me what to do. They were very informative too.

We were able to get an appointment the day after my husband called. The installer, Jeremiah, arrived on time and went through everything he'd be doing. We had several storage bins sitting on shelves that were attached above the garage door that had to be removed first. Jeremiah went out of his way to help my husband remove the screws from the shelves and lower the 9' and 12' boards. The whole job took a little over an hour and the installation went smoothly. Kudos to Jeremiah!

It turned out great. I had no problems. The guy was very polite, very nice, and was very knowledgeable. They called me the day after I purchased the deal and he came out the following day. He was very timely. He explained everything to me and told me everything he was doing as he was going through it. He asked if there was anything I wanted to ask. He was very good and very professional.

My Garage Guys arrived promptly and went right go work. They inspected the door and springs and provided an overall assessment. As advertised, they replaced the rollers and oiled the appropriate places. I would not hesitate to call My Garage Guys should my door need repair.

It went well. They came out when they said that they would and did the job. They were very quick about it. I was satisfied. They did what they said they would do in the time that they said they would so I am good. They came out within the week that I purchased the big deal.
