The tune up was fine, but, of course, he tried to up-sell me to the tune of 500 dollars.

The repair went flawlessly. Actually it wasn’t even the garage door that needed repair, but the frame of the house that was impeding on the door’s operation. After twenty five minutes my home was repaired and my garage door worked great.

Excellent - he was on-time and very professional. He came out twice - had to schedule a second time to complete the second door, but it was a very good experience.

Not worth the money. They put wrong sized seal on door then charge me a lot to replace with correct one. Did little or no work on tuneup, no adjustments or lubrication.

We called because our door wouldn't open...long story short it was the circuit board. My Garage Guys gave us some options and showed us why the board was going out. The previous owners had put in smaller springs than they should have so the board was carrying the load. Doug was Doug and MGG were friendly and helpful. Quick to respond and was accommodating with our work schedule.

They didn't reach out to me, after I booked on Angies List. So that meant it took a few months to set up. But when the work was done, it all went smoothly, fixing an additional problem and was a good result.

It went well. I had to have more work done than I anticipated. The cost was an additional $567.64, as well as the $29.00 original charge. It was a shocker, but I guess the work was necessary. Doug was very courteous, efficient, came at the time set, and explained the work that was needed..

Regret purchasing through Angie's List and will pursue a refund. I didn't make it through my first conversation with whoever answered the phone, he was rude, arrogant, curt and unprofessional. Will not take a chance on working with someone who can't show the least bit of professionalism.

Found broken spring. Returned next day to replace; instructed on door care & maintenance.

He did not lubricated my garage at all and just provided a list of parts need to buy and install. He said to my wife that he can't do anything more than this.

Great. The guy who came out was very friendly and efficient.

The business owner came out the same day I called, and was able to perform the repairs promptly. He explained the options and prices beforehand thoroughly. There was no pressure tactics. He provided tips on where on our door we should check regularly to monitor for any new wear or new issues in the coming years before issues progress too far. Our door is in good order now and running more smoothly than before.

Excellent. Doug was punctual & very professional. He pointed out recommended repairs that were visible and reasonably priced for repair. Instead of repairing the garage door opener, I decided to have it replaced because of its age. Overall pricing for everything was reasonable & fair. I would definitely hire Doug for future repairs.

Doug came out on time. I thought I originally needed a garage door spring replacement, but it turns out that the rollers needed replacing, too. I also had a garage door opener that was no longer manufactured, so he couldn't replace like with like. He ended up having to replace the whole garage door opener. It was pricey, but he did a good job. He was very professional and took the time to explain the reasons for the replacement and how everything worked. I would recommend him. He does a good job.
