Fine. Arrived on schedule. Indicated that they had a special to replace the rollers for $40 (additional to the special). Now the door works much quieter and smoother.

Bought the deal for $299 on 1/19 morning to get a garage door opener for my 1-car garage installed. The price seems to be reasonable since I do not need a fancy opener. No message had returned. Called him up and set an appointment on 1/21 morning. He came and brought the 8165 model. I later checked on line, The 3255 model is out of dated and 8165 is the replaced model (cheaper. but it got MyQ tech.) The installation took about an hour and it is smooth. Somehow, I get the impression that he does not care so much whether he did mine or not. Maybe, I am wrong. I wish that he has a better attitude. I might feel better when he did the job. I certainly know that it takes a long drive from where he is and mine.

The company contacted me right away to set up appointment. We scheduled it for Jan 8th between 1 and 3. No one showed up for the appt or called to reschedule. I called on Monday, Jan 12 and was told I was on the schedule and the service rep didn't understand why no one showed. He asked if we could reschedule for today between 2 and 4. We did. Sean showed up at about three, took a look at the primary door I had scheduled asked if there were any issues. I told him of the problem with the door sometimes stopping about 12" from the bottom. He inspected the garage door system! quickly diagnosed the problem as some track misalignment and adjusted it. He told me the door springs weren't 't working properly and recommended replacement. He also noticed the single door was bowing at the top and recommended installing a brace on the first panel. He didn't pressure me into having any of the recommended repairs done but I'm glad I did. He did a very professional job installing the new springs and brace. I would use their service in the future.

They were great. Everything was fine. They did a good job. They came out and gave a good check over. He showed up on time. He did what he was supposed to do and he was here when he was supposed to be here. He was personable. I think it was a good deal.

The gentleman who serviced the garage door discovered that a spring was broken and replaced it. He was courteous, knew what he was doing and did a good job. We would call My Garage Guys again.

He found the problem right away and then showed me what broke when he took it apart. Very good customer service!!!

Garage door opener seemed to be struggling so I disconnected it and checked the weight manually. Seemed heavy. Almost the same day received an Angie's List special for a 40 dollar garage door tuneup. I signed up through Angie's List, paid via credit card and provided several time suggestions. No one ever called or emailed. Several days later my wife called the company directly and they were apologetic and set up an appointment. When they arrived and checked out the door they decided the springs were too old to adjust. I hate this upsell tactic because the springs on it were replaced less than 5 years ago, however, in the hot part of summer the 200 dollars quoted seemed OK to get the door going smoothly again. The work was done quickly and without issue until I got the bill. What happened to the 40 dollars I already paid? "Oh, there is no way to refund it, I can lube your rollers free of charge, that is usually a 30 dollar service". I said OK, what choice did I have? After about 45 seconds of spraying the wheels with WD40 the technician announced he was done. This was the typical experience I have had in the past from garage door repair outfits. This one certainly did not receive above average marks.

They did a nice job and went out of their way to come back when we decided to do a second door. We were satisfied with their pricing and their responsiveness. They were on time and easy to schedule with them.

After the work was done, I noticed that my garage was making a strange noises still. I called them and said I was still having problems. They came out again and fixed it and I haven't had any issues since.

It went very well. Jeremiah was prompt both days he came. He put the garage door opener in and it works fine. He gave me a good deal and was very courteous. Area was clean with no trash left behind. Gave me advice on what would be needed if I had problems with the springs in the future.

Great communication and arrived on time. Very thorough in explanation of garage door's condition. Offered longer term solutions in a non-pushy way. Would highly recommend.

It went very well. They came on time, did the tune up, remote controls, and recommended to change out the springs. He was back the next day to change it out and things went well.

The tech that came out to my house was great. I had a problem with the opener on my garage and he fixed it in less than 30 sec. He lubed and adjusted both doors and fixed the close force on one door. I have used several garage door compaines in the past and My Garage Guys is definitely the best. I highly recommend them.

Within 1 hour of the call the garage door was fixed. I had to leave a message and immediately received a call back. Asked them to call when they arrived as we have dogs and bark when door bell rings. They actually called when they arrived. I thought the service call was a little pricey, but hopefully it will work all the time now.

Easy - went well, inexpensive, professional.

Performed tune up and adjusted spring tension. Unit still did not work correctly due to motor failure. They credit tune up cost to purchase of new opener and installed it. The new Lift Master unit installed is superior to prior Genie unit and was installed professionally the next day exactly as promised.
