Went Ok... but if I had known a tune up was just to spray WD2 in a couple of spots, I would not have bought it since I can do that just as well. I thought it would involve more than that.

Very well. He was very knowledgable and accommodating.

It was fast and the service tech was friendly. Would use them again.

Rep said i need a new garage door opener. Since he left door doesn't always close. I guess i will look into a new opener. Price he quoted me is $100.00 more than price listed on several flyers that come in the mail. He spray canned the springs and joints. Guess that's what a tune up is. I would have liked a little more inspection to pinpoint what is wrong.

He came and inspected my garage door. He got me in very quickly and explained what he was doing. The price was very good. I very much appreciate their company. I definetely recommend them.

After the communication issue they came out and did a good job.

Guy was friendly and on time. Was only here for 10 or 15 mins. Garage door is no better than it was before he came. It still squeaks. I had to contact the company to schedule even though I had sent the scheduling email through Angie's List website at time of purchase.

The offer said they were going to do a 23-point check-up. All they did was spray lubricant on the wheels. They didn't check anything else. I called them back to tell them that it was still noisy. They came back again and sprayed all the wheels again. The door is still very noisy. I didn't get a 23-point check-up as advertised.

The work was done well, but I felt like things could have been better. It was exceptional, but it was good.

Doug was my technician. He told me all rollers need to be replaced, which i was told recently they were fine. He installed the wireless remote and did not offer the instruction manual and did not give instructions on how to use it. He was totally arrogant and belligerent.

I purchased the 29.00 special, for a garage door tune up. The guy showed up when he was supposed to and quickly fixed the garage door! My husband was very pleased.

The service was professional and perfect as I expected.

They were good. I ended up having to replace some things like the springs and rollers. I didn't plan on spending that much money to fix it and it wasn't like it was broke yet. They were here on time. They were very knowledgeable. It's part of their sales. That's what they do.

He arrived during the time specified. He was efficient and a good listener. He accomplished in minutes what I was unable to do hours. Very satisfied with the service.

The technician was good, showed up on time, and was very helpful.

Excellent. My garage door wasn't working at all when he arrived and works like new now.

The whole process was a breeze. I found "My Garage Guys" on Angie's List, called them late (5:00 PM) on Friday afternoon and they were here the next morning and installed my own Chamberlain garage door opener. It took about 2 hours and everything went perfect.

He showed up exactly when he said he would - and in fact because of a family emergency the day my garage door broke I was a little in a panic. He showed up, took care of the issue in 15 minutes, and was gone. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company!

This would be an overall A except that there was a time consuming, absurd hassle about the coupon-offered free service call published in Nov 2015 ANGIE'S List magazine. When I set up the appointment I told Mr Dickey we were ANGIE'S lIST customers and were using their coupon. Sean came out the same day, pulled in the same time as my husband, and quickly fixed the door. He told my husband it was slightly binding, lubed & adjusted the force setting, lubed the spring. When my husband asked, Sean said he'd applied the Angie's discount so husband paid the invoice ($100). Great to that point. However, on review, I noticed that we'd been charged a $35 service call fee, as opposed to it being free per the coupon. I figured it was just an error, so on 20 Nov I called the owner, Mr Dickey. Mr Dickey seemed upset, said he didn't know anything about such a coupon in the Angies List magazine, etc. Conversation was way too lengthy, in my opinion. In conclusion, I asked Mr Dickey to check out Angies list magazine and to please refund the service call fee if that was indeed the offer. Mr Dickey said he'd check it out when he got home, and if Sean agreed, he'd make the change.. A couple hours later, I located the magazine, again called Mr Dickey and told him exactly where the coupon is in the magazine, assured him I knew it was nothing dishonest, but I wanted the coupon applied, as stated. Mr Dickey said he'd see whether my credit card had already been run, and if so, he'd have to cut a check for $35 and send it to me. Fine. Nothing. I called Mr Dickey again on Dec 2. He said he'd told his accountant to cut the check, amazed it hadn't come. Mr Dickey then said since he'd be in my area later that day, he would just bring by the $35 in cash. Fine by me. Mr Dickey did not come that day. A day or two later Sean called and promptly came by to hand me $30 cash. He asked if the door was still working okay, was very pleasant. After all the hassle, $30 was close enough. I didn't mention the remaining $5. Bottom line, I'm satisfied with their service but the coupon issue certainly tainted the experience.
