Scheduling was easy, even on a Friday night, they called before showing up and then came on time. Garage door has been quieter and trouble-free since.

It was just fine. It's working so I guess it was good. It was okay. The garage door is still noisy and strange. The door seems like there is something binding still. The garage door doesn't work smoothly. They came out soon enough; it wasn't long.

It was okay. They got it fixed and that was the important thing. What I actually bought was a tune-up but they wouldn't do any tune-up. They did a repair so I had to pay for it but they got it done. They fixed it and it still works today. They were right on time. They knew what they were doing and they got the job done.

It was good. They came shortly after that.

Great! They were very responsive, came out the same day, was fixed quickly and efficiently.

Everything was perfect. This was the first time I've used them.

He sprayed lubricant on chain and hinges.

I set up an appointment through Angie's list and they never showed up. I had to call them to schedule

Worked well despite my travel schedule.Rollers needed replacement as well as springs which were not include with tune up deal, but were reasonably priced.

These guys were great. Did wonderful work. Was on time. Gave us options on future opportunities with a new garage door. Will definitely call them again when we do more work.

Exceptionally well. Vendor responded to my request thru Angie's List site promptly and an appointment was scheduled to meet my availability. The technician who showed up was actually the owner, Doug. He was very thorough in his inspection of my garage door assembly and clearly explained what repairs were necessary to remedy the problems I was experiencing. Because of the age of the door assembly, I chose to have the following replaced: spring sets, ball bearing rollers, right and left bearing plates and the bottom rubber seal. Given the amount of repairs, I was very happy with the price. The garage door system now functions like a brand new unit.

They were prompt to reply with the service request, had to order the part and kept me notified of status. When it was installed, they were prompt, polite and did the job efficiently and well. I would absolutely recommend their services to others.

Sean arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He fixed everything and even showed us how to regularly maintain (spray lube) the wheels and springs on our own. He also went over and above by helping us to change the overhead lightbulb set the clock on our opener. We will definitely call My Garage Guys for any future needs.

My garage door just broke today in fact I called the guy, My Garage Guys they put a door in two years ago. They had to come back a couple of times,once they put the door in there were some adjustments and some things weren't right, some parts weren't tight, a little bit sloppy I would say.

He came in a timely manner and lubricated parts on the garage door. I would recommend them. I think they gave me some advice on possibly replacing the springs. I said when they break, we'll replace them.

The spring was replaced. We have had no issues with the garage door since then.

It went well. All the work wasn't required at this time however while they were out I elected to do everything. Years ago the lift springs broke and I couldn't get my vehicle out until they were replaced. Now I have the peace of mind that it won't happen again.

This was a big deal purchase. I would say that was fair. I did not stay out there with them. He was probably here five minutes. Right after he left I had to leave and I went to put my garage door down and it wouldn't close with the remote. So I called them and they said probably the circuit board might be going out on it or I might need a new garage door opener. The circuit would be $150 and a new opener would be $300. Honestly I can't say the two were connected. I know that those circuit boards periodically go out. I did end up having it replaced, not through them because I did not completely trust them anymore. My advice to others would be to look for another person to do it. I think the price if he had really done anything would have been a good, fair price. I don't think he really did anything but lubricate the track, I think that's it. The other thing he did was knock the eyebeams out of alignment so I had to fix those. It did take them a couple of weeks to respond after I signed up for it. He was here on time. I can't say he was real courteous, he actually seemed a little grumpy -- the fellow that came out.

The worker adjusted the springs and the latches. He then said I needed a new outside handle and that the work would be included in the "tune-up" fee as advertised on Angie's List but that he would charge me for the part. He left for the better part of an hour and came back with a new handle which he said cost $70. He installed it but it was vertically oriented, not horizontally oriented. I pointed that out and said that it would be hard to use that way—I don't have an automatic opener so I lift the door myself. He seemed unhappy about that. I left him alone and several minutes later he was DRILLING ON MY GARAGE DOOR. ***. Instead of simply removing the retainer that held the handle on the SQUARE shaft and rotating it 90 degrees and replacing the retainer, he actually drilled new holes to rotate the entire part. The worker by this measure was possibly mentally retarded. The door works fine but now has these extra holes in it. The worst part is that I later checked the price of the handle online at Loewes and it was only $10! So, screwed I was. Also, they took several days to even reply to my request for service.

Technician put on new rollers,adjusted springs, sensors and oiled the door. However the motor was bad and needs to be replaced. I was happy with the service provided and as the door is ready to go with a new motor. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me as the work progressed. I highly recommend this company.

My experience was very positive. He came over and did more than he expected. I thought he did excellent.

Fantastic. Very pleasant to work with, very efficient. Explained what his recommendations were re: my dented/cracked door panel without any sales pitch or pressure, and even made a couple tweaks to tide me over so the issue wouldn't get worse. I used them in the past and would 100% use them again.

I wasn't overly impressed in the beginning, when they finally got connected they were every prompt they came out right away service the garage door and when they technician had ask me what was going on I told him that we are having an issue with it that it wasn't opening right it kept getting stuck he said he had check all the frames and all the wheels and all that stuff and he said that he couldn't feel see anything wrong but he made some adjustment to the motor and it was working great and it did it worked fabulous for about four weeks just when my thirty days ability to get them back for free wore out and then all of a sudden it started hanging up again.When I contacted them he was very prompt the owner was very nice he got somebody out right away but I thought it was miscommunication. They were very courteous, very friendly, they were on time, they were good at like communicating, professional. I think it would be nice if thy would have truly communicating what they were going to do for the twenty nice bucks so I would have known whether or not I was actually getting what I paid for.

Excellent. Sean showed up on time, inspected the garage door and pointed out the problem areas (gear and sprocket) and quoted me a price. We also talked about the spring which was working pretty well, but was 13 years old. I decided to go ahead and replace the spring too just to avoid a future breakdown. Sean did the repairs, checked the remotes and the door is working great. I was happy to have everything fixed so quickly.
